All the Fatui Harbingers are gathered on the deck, discussing among themselves. Pierro furrows his brow, noticing that one of their own is conspicuously absent.

Pierro: It seems that not all of us are present tonight.

The other Harbingers look around, realization dawning slowly. Tartaglia, grins knowingly while Capitano and Dottore remain silent, their expressions unreadable.

Pierro: *sighing* Where is Edmund? Has anyone seen him?

Before anyone can respond, a Fatui Pyro Agent appears suddenly beside Pierro, looking nervous and hesitant.

Fatui Pyro Agent: My Lord, Pierro... I-I have urgent news regarding Edmund.

Pierro's gaze sharpens, his patience wearing thin.

Pierro: Speak now, Agent. What news do you bring?

The Fatui Pyro Agent gulps, clearly intimidated by Pierro's stern demeanor. He hesitates before reluctantly revealing the contents of a letter.

Fatui Pyro Agent: It's a letter from Edmund, sir. He... he won't be joining us. He's... he's chosen to... to remain absent.

Pierro's expression darkens, a mix of disbelief and frustration crossing his features.

Pierro: Absent? At a time like this? What reason could he possibly have for shirking his duties?

The Fatui Pyro Agent hesitates, knowing that what he is about to say will not be well-received.

Fatui Pyro Agent: I-I'm afraid, sir... Edmund's letter... it indicates that he's... he's chosen to spend his time... relaxing on the open seas. He's... he's drinking and... and enjoying himself, sir.

Pierro's eyes narrow, his temper flaring.

Pierro gritted teeth

Pierro: Unbelievable...

Tartaglia, standing nearby, chuckles softly, finding the situation rather amusing. Capitano and Dottore, however, remain silent, their expressions betraying a mix of disdain and intrigue.

Not so long ago, on the open seas, aboard a Fatui warship, sailing calmly under the bright sun. Fatui soldiers and agents are scattered across the deck, enjoying various activities such as drinking, playing games, or engaging in casual conversations. Some even take a dip in the ocean, unconcerned about the potential dangers. Amidst this relaxed atmosphere, Edmund, the Twelfth Harbinger, and his right-hand man, the Pyro Slinger Skirmisher, sit comfortably in beach chairs, engaged in a game of chess.
