(Y/N)= Your Name
(Y/M/N)= Your Middle name (if you don't have one ignore this then)
(Y/L/N)=Your Last Name
(S/C)=Skin Color
(H/C)=Hair Color
(H/L/T)=Hair Length & Type (like curly, straight, or wavy that stuff)
(F/F)=Favorite Food
(F/C)=Favorite Color
(F/J/F)=Favorite Junk Food
(F/N)=Friends Name
(G/F/N)=Guy Friend's Name (sorry not sorry but I'm a girl and this is mainly a female reader thing so sorry guy but you could always change this around if needed)
(C/N)=Crush's Name
(P/N)=Parents Name
