Lucy gets pregnant

A unexpected visit

A week later..

Lucy woke up to her alarm going off. Tim wasn't awake yet.
Lucy says; "Wake up baby we need to get ready for work."
She gently puts a kiss on his head and he slowly wakes up.
Tim says; "Good morning baby."
Lucy says; "Good morning."
She smiles softly at him and gets out of bed and goes to the bathroom to do her hair and make up. After a minute Tim joins her to brush his teeth. When hes done he goes to the kitchen to make some breakfast for them. As Tim walks out of the bathroom Lucy looks at her belly in the mirror. She smiles as she sees a little bump.
Lucy says; "Hey little one you're already getting bigger."
She finishes her make up and does her hair.
As Tim is done preparing breakfast Lucy walks in.
Lucy says; "Ohh smells good what did you make?"
Tim says; "Pancakes."
Lucy says; "oehh well im gonna see if Tamara's awake yet."
Tim says; "Okay baby."
Lucy knocks on tamara's door but gets no reaction so she slowly opens her door and looks to see tamara still sleeping. She walks into the room and slowly sits on the bed.
Lucy says; "Goodmorning beautiful time to wake up otherwise you're gonna be late for school."
Tamara slowly wakes up and turns around to face Lucy.
Tamara says; "Goodmorning! How late is it?"
Lucy says; "7:30 i thought you would be awake by now so i came to check to make sure you're not late for school."
Tamara says; "Thanks i guess i forgot to turn on my alarm last night."
Lucy says; "Ow how did that happend you never forget you're alarm."
Tamara says; "I was studying late i think i fell asleep and forgot to turn it on."
Lucy says; "Okay well breakfast is ready so ill see you in a sec."
Tamara says; "Okay thanks!"
Lucy smiles at her and goes back to Tim and sits down at the kitchen island.
Lucy says; "She forgot to turn her alarm on."
Tim says; "she never forgets her alarm."
Lucy says; "I know but she was up late studying and she forgot to turn it on."
Tim says; "Oh okay well is she getting ready now?"
Lucy says; "Yea she is."
Tim says; "Okay."
They wait for tamara and then they all eat breakfast. When there done Tamara goes to her room to get her backpack and goes to school and Tim and Lucy clean the kitchen and then also leave for work. They arrive at the station and go their separate ways to change into uniform. When their done they go to roll call. They sit down at their seats and Grey starts to talk. When Grey is done Lucy goes to get the war bags. As their driving they get a call on the radio saying theres a fight between two neighbors!They respond and go to the location. When they arrive they see two people fighting one holding a knives and one holding a frying pan. They get out of the car and run to the two people fighting to separate them. Once they finally get them to calm down down they ask why they were fighting.
Patrica says; "She tried to kill my f*cking dog!"
Bianca says; "I did not ur delusional!"
Tim says; "Okay calm down the both of you ma'm why do you think she tried to kill your dog?"
Patricia says; "Well she wanted to hit my dog with her car on purpose because he sometimes gets out the backdoor."
Bianca says; yes he does and its f*cking annoying but that doesn't mean i want to kill him u crazy bitch!"
Lucy says; "Hey both calm down now and leave each other alone."
Patrica says; "Why the f*ck are you choosing her side?!"
Lucy says; "Ma'm i need you to calm down and put the Knife down."
Patricia was now pointing the knife at Lucy.
Lucy says; "Put the knife down right now."
Patricia says; "Or else are you going to shoot me?"
Lucy says; "Yes i will if you don't drop the knife right now."
Out of nowhere Patricia jumps forward and hits Lucy with the knife. As she looks down she sees that Patricia has made a quite deep cut in her belly.
Tim tasers the woman and puts her in hand cuffs and calls for backup. He then immediately goes to Lucy to see her holding onto the side of her belly crying.
Tim says; "Its gonna be okay baby just keep pressure on the wound the ambulance is on their way."
Lucy says; "W-what if the baby got hurt."
Tim says; "The baby is gonna be fine okay don't worry just keep pressure on the wound."
Lucy says; "Im scared Tim."
Tim says; "Its going to be okay just keep breathing."
He gently puts a soft kiss on the top of her head and she smiles at him.
A few minutes later the paramedics arrive and Lucy gets put on a gurney and Tim goes with her in the ambulance. Lucy gets taken to a room. Tim cant go in with her and has to stay in the waiting area. After a while the nurse walks in.
The nurse says; "Tim Bradford?"
Tim says; "Yes yes im here."
The nurse says; "Lucy Bradford is doing fine and the baby if also fine so if u want u can go see her now."
Tim says a bit confused; "Okay thank you in what room is she?"
The nurse says; "Shes in room 302."
Tim says; "Okay Thank you."
He goes to her but is thinking about why the nurse called Lucy, Lucy Bradford because their not married. Once he sees her shes still crying a little.
Tim says; "Hey its okay baby whats wrong?"
Lucy says; "I-i was so scared for the baby what if she died."
Tim says; "But she didn't okay shes strong like you."
Lucy gives Tim a soft smile and she moved to the side of the bed and Tim understood her she wanted him to sit next to her. So he did and she cuddled into him. He was still thinking about the the nurse calling Lucy, Lucy Bradford so he decided to ask her about it.
Tim says; "Hey so uh the nurse called you Lucy Bradford."
Lucy says; "Oh uh yea i kinda said you where my husband im sorry."
Tim says; "No its okay i kinda like it."
Lucy says; "Oh really?"
Tim says; "Yes."
Lucy says; "Well you could make it happend."
Tim says; "I could but just not right now and we still have a whole life ahead of us together so."
Lucy says; "I know and once it happens it will be amazing."
Tim says; "It sure will be now you try to get some sleep okay?"
Lucy says; "Okay ill try."
She cuddles into him again and falls asleep after a bit.

Two days later..
Tim got went back to work today buy Lucy stayed home because she needed to take some rest to make sure the baby was safe. It was around 11 am when Lucy heard a knock on the door as she opened it she was surprised but not in a fun way. It were her parents, they didn't even say anything and just walked inside.
Lucy says: "Hello to you to."
Her mom says: "Oh come one im your mother i don't need permission to come inside."
Lucy says: "Yes you do."
Her dad says: "Hey don't talk to your mother like that."
Lucy just stayed silent as there was no point in arguing.
Her mom says: "So wheres you're boyfriend or did he leave you because u got so ugly."
Lucy was to stunned to speak and stood there thinking how her own mom could say something like that to her own daughter.
After a few seconds Lucy says: "No he didn't.. he's just at work."
Her mom says: "Uh huh sure he is."
Lucy says: "Okay why are you even here?"
Her mom says: "Well i just wanted to see my daughter and see if u finally stoped being so stubborn and finally do something meaningful with your life."
Lucy says: "I am doing something meaningful! I help lots of people every day!"
Her mom says: "Helping them how by putting innocent people behind bars?"
Lucy says : "You know what just leave okay if ur going to criticize everything about me then you can just leave."
Her mom says: "Well you don't have to be dramatic."
Lucy says: "im not! Ive never been good enough for you so just leave okay!"
Her mom says: "Well clearly you don't have any respect so were going to leave i hope you get some sense in you."
As her parents left Lucy locked the door and just burst out crying. Her moms words really hurt her and keep repeating in her mind "or did he leave you because you got so ugly" how could her own mother say something like that to her own daughter. She felt a panic attack coming and immediately called Tim. He picked open on the first ring.
Lucy says: "Help i-i think im h-having a panic a-t-tack."
Tim says: "Okay im on my way baby just keep breathing for me okay?"
Luckily Tim was nearby and was at their house in 3 minutes. When he walked inside he heard her in the bedroom so he practically ran to her. As soon as he saw her he sat next to her and she held him not letting go.
Tim says: "Its okay baby im here try to slowly breathe in and out."
Lucy tried to listen to his advice but it just didn't help her moms words were stuck in her head repeating itself over and over. Tim noticed that her breathing didn't slow down so he tried to calm her down with another method.
Tim says: "uh whats your favorite song?"
Lucy looked at him with a confused look.
Tim says: "Just try and think of your favorite song."
Lucy says: "chaotic."                  (This song is from Tate McRea idk why i choose this one i just think Lucy would like it lol)
Tim says: "Okay and whats your favorite snack?"
Lucy says: " uh cook-kies."
Tim noticed Lucy's breathing slowly getting better and asked some more questions. After a few minutes she could breathe normally again.
Lucy says: "Thank you im so sorry you had to come here just for me."
Tim says: "Hey don't apologize its okay i will always help you."
Lucy says: "i know its just- her word keep repeating in my head."
Tim says: "Who's words?"
Lucy says: "My moms."
Tim says: "Wait your mother was here? What did she say?"
Lucy says: "well she said that im ugly and that she's surprised you didn't leave me yet.
Tim says: "What why would she say that you always said that she was really nice."
Lucy says: "Well i kinda lied i just didn't want everyone to know that not even my own mother wants me."
Tim says: "I do."
Lucy says: "What?"
Tim says: "I want you, i will always want you and be with you."
Lucy smiles softly at him and a few tears fall from her cheeks.
Tim says: "But why does she say all that kind of stuff i mean look at you your gorgeous and you have a good and important job."
Lucy says: "Well she doesn't see me like that she thinks im ugly and i put innocent people behind bars."
Tim says: "Well im sorry but shes crazy for saying that you're ugly and we do not put innocent people behind bars just this morning i put a woman behind bars for trying to k*ll her sister."
Lucy says: "Wow why did she want to k*ll her sister?"
Tim says: "Long story short she thought her sister was sleeping with her boyfriend but she was helping him plan a proposal."
Lucy says: "Damn shes crazy."
Tim says: "Yea she was but are you okay?"
Lucy says: "I don't know not really."
Shes starts to tear up again.
Tim says: "Come here."
He puts his hands out to her and she leans into him and starts to cry. They cuddle for a few minutes and when shes calmed down they get up and go to watch some tv.
