12 Grimmauld Place appears extremely large and terrifying when only two people walk its walls every day. Olivia and Sirius Black have been alone in the old house for two weeks. School has started again at Hogwarts and Remus Lupin cannot be seen anywhere since their encounter in Olivia's room.

Sirius Black had time to explain to Olivia the history of the Order, their purpose, everything they know, their missions. Attentive, she found herself fascinated by the courage of these young wizards during the first war, and she found herself smiling when she saw Remus' face at her age. He aged like fine wine, she dared to think.

Dumbledor then joined them in the meeting room to see how Olivia was going to be helpful to them.

"I am ready to do anything to help Mona and Diane," said the brunette.

"Remus told me you have wandless magic abilities?" Sirius Black questions, eyebrows raised.

Olivia nods and swallows, trying to shake away the thought of Remus praising her qualities.

"This could come in very handy, wouldn't it, Dumbledor?" The old man nods and gives her a smile.

They then agreed that Olivia will be for now the interlocutor between Mona and the Order. For the rest, she will have to train defense spells with Sirius and Remus and strengthen her wandless magic skills. Then, they would be able to send her on missions if necessary.

"Wait, you're not planning to bring Mona and her baby back here?" Olivia protests, her hands on the table. Sirius, embarrassed, only knew how to give her an understanding look, waiting for Dumbledor to speak.

"Miss Marat, we must be sure of Miss Vaxey's trust before we can bring her into our headquarters, something you understand, I hope? Once that trust is acquired, she will of course be welcome here."

Olivia glared at him, having no confidence in his words, sighs and crossed her arms.

"In the meantime, I welcome you as an official member of the Order of the Phoenix."

Since that day, Olivia and Sirius have tried to keep busy as best they can. They started training to get back in shape. They first work on simple protection and defense spells. Olivia finds herself loving these workouts and finally finding meaning in her life. The bookstore had always been her dream, but most days she felt like she had no purpose, and she liked it that way. But this feeling of usefulness is new to her and she really seems to embrace it.

They spend their evenings in the old living room discussing music, the good old days and the threats that hover above them. Same as tonight. Olivia is lying on the carpet, in front of the fireplace. Sirius is sitting across from her, against the armchair, a beer in his hand.

She grew to love his company, his lively personality and his humor. The two actually get along quite well and she finds talking with him easy, something Olivia isn't really used to.

"Minnie couldn't stand us anymore, trust me, I think she could have killed us all one by one", Sirius adds before taking a sip. He has been remembering memories of his childhood for a good half hour and Olivia listens, genuinely interested. Maybe because these memories contain Remus. But she would never admit it to herself.

"No, actually I think the only one she loved was Remus."

Olivia stiffens at the sound of his name and looks into Sirius' eyes. She tilts her head and frowns when she sees the nostalgia flashing in the wizard's eyes.
