APRIL'S POV
I was showing the turtles around my high school when they first enrolled in. Once we went down the hallway, I saw a girl at her locker. I was speechless, she was... Pretty! I didn't think I'd have my first crush this late in my life. Raph noticed and smirked, pushing my shoulder.
"Go talk to her~!" He dared me in a teasing tone. I rolled my eyes and put my hand up, shaking my head, blushing hard.
"No! I don't even know if she likes me back- or is even gay! What if she's straight!?" I asked, very clearly nervous. Some of the girls and guys in the hallway looked at me. I felt my face flush red, burning up. I waved at them and mumbled out a little 'sorry'. What made me even more nervous, is that one of the girls that was staring at me was Y/N!
Her eyes were wide, smiling a bit. I got scared and thought that she was judging me. I got redder in the face, if possible. No, no, no, I don't want her to hate me- or, or think I'm weird! I started freaking out until Y/N came up to me, waving.
Y/N'S POV
I heard April O'Neil scream to Raphael, the new out of 4 mutant turtle men student.
"No! I don't even know if she likes me back- or is even gay! What if she's straight!?" April shouted, looking worried. Is she talking about me? I hope so... I looked at her, my eyes wide and I had a stupid ass smile on my face. I walked up to April after we made eye contact.
"Hey!" I happily said to her, she started to breathe heavily. Oh no... I didn't mean to freak her out! She started shaking so I started shaking. I took a deep breathe in, preparing myself for what I was going to say.
"Do you want to... Like... Hangout sometime after school? Like... Uh... Like a date? If you don't that's fine bu-" I was cut off by April squealing. Oh my lord, what did I do- SHE'S HUGGING ME!?
My face grew hot, I had a crush on her for like... 4 months? I only had small talk with her before! Sure, I kinda considered her as a friend but maybe more than that. But... April O'Neil was hugging me- ME!
We went out to McDonalds for food because we couldn't afford anything else. Overall, we had an amazing time out. I asked her to be my girlfriend after the date, she said yes!!! I squealed happily and squeezed her in a tight hug.
I was soooo happpyyyy! <3
(so sorry this took so long, I had a lot of homework to do and stuff. I also was going to Mexico for a week and didn't bring my laptop so... But summer break is here! I'll be able to do more stories now!! <3)
