You recently joined the Strawhats crew. You assisted with their chores and keeping the ship clean. You also helped Sanji and cooked with him. This created a close bond between you two. However, another set of eyes has been watching you and is quite jealous...

It was another ordinary day on the Thousand Sunny. Usopp was tweaking his slingshot, Chopper was playing a game with Luffy and Robin, Nami was tanning, and you were sitting at a table with Sanji.

"Has anyone ever told you that you are breathtaking?" Sanji asked.

You giggled at this and replied, "No, but I know I am."

Sanji laughed at this and smacked the table. You laughed alongside him. The reason for the laughter was because of some random pirate trying to flirt with you in the last town. Sanji had kicked the guy into a water barrel after he heard the comment. Sanji was always protective of you and you appreciated that about him.

Meanwhile, Zoro was in the crow's nest watching all this. He was quiet and in deep thought. He had these stirring feelings inside and could not understand why.

What am I feeling? I don't get sick usually, but I feel off. All I know is that I don't like seeing those two together like that.

-Time skip to Dinner-

Sanji was cooking up a special dinner thanks to the ingredients he got from the last town. You were sitting at the table drinking some tea and cracking jokes. Chopper walked in and you motioned him to come sit on your lap. While sitting on your lap, you tickled him and snuggled. Sanji watched this and smiled, he always thought you were cute.

Eventually, the rest of the crew made their way down for dinner, Zoro the last to come in (CUZ HE GOT LOST). Chopper was still in your lap and you were feeding him dinner as if he were a child.

You had a feeling someone was watching you and glanced around. Your eyes locked with Zoro and you noticed him watching you. You averted your eyes due to his intense stare. You have always had feelings for him and told Sanji about it. Sanji was never a fan of "mosshead" and encouraged you to stay away from him. But something about that swordsman was always... captivating.

After dinner, everyone hung out and started a game of cards. Zoro didn't participate and he eventually walked out. You were saddened by this. Nami noticed your change of mood and encouraged you to go after him. She and Robin knew of your feelings and thought you both would be suitable for each other.

You decided to follow Zoro.

You stepped out onto the grassy deck of the ship. The night had a nice cool breeze that caused you to shiver. While feeling cold and looking for Zoro, you failed to notice that someone was behind you.

"You're gonna catch a cold if you stand out here with that little clothing," You heard a gruff voice say. You felt a coat being placed around your shoulders and turned to find Zoro standing there.

You smiled and said thank you to him. He nodded and was about to walk away when you reached out and tugged on his shirt.

"I... wanted to spend some time with you if that's ok? I would like to get to know you better."

Zoro was silent for a moment, then agreed. You both went to the edge of the deck and admired the view. The stars danced across the sky and reflected their movements on the water. While staring out, you took a glance at Zoro. He had a strong jawline with well-defined cheeks. He carried a strong exterior which caused you to wonder what his interior was like. What were his likes? Dislikes? You were about to ask him when you noticed him shifting closer to you.

"Stars look nice tonight huh?"

"Ah, yes they are quite lovely..." you replied looking back at the night sky.

"Like you?"

You turned to him shocked at his response. You always saw him with a cold exterior and did not think he would compliment you like this. Your heart raced as he continued to stare at you. You looked away, feeling the heat in your cheeks. You felt a hand touch your chin and turn you to face his direction.

"I don't normally do things like this... can I kiss you?" He asked with a hint of desperation in his eyes.

You stared at him for a moment, pondering your reply. When the "yes" left your lips, he reached for you and pulled you in. The kiss was soft and loving. You felt warm and safe in the moment. His arms embraced you with tender love. When he pulled away, you smiled.

"I have been wanting to do that for a while now..."

"Me too," he replied.

He continued to hold you in his arms. You both watched the stars into the late hours of the night. The soft snores of the crewmates in the distance.
