Bliant was created by an obscure group of Primagenator scientists as an elite medical unit, capable of performing surgery without opening up a body using Arcaite's special powers. It can generate special medicine in its body made specifically for each patient and inject it using its claws. It has a sort of x-ray vision, indicated by a third eye on its visor. Bliant also has random episodes where it corrupts and starts producing deadly toxins instead of medicine and can restrict certain points in people's bodies to paralyze them or even stop their heart. The ring of nanites over its head is used as a centrifuge and starts to drip a day before it will corrupt. Its nanites can also perfectly replicate cells, or just plain molecules and elements, provided with the right materials. Look, I know this doesn't conform to proto lore, but I can do whatever the hell I want.
