Sebastian's POV

I could hear the tattoo machine whirring. I was lying on my stomach on the black leather bed covered with plastic wrap.

"Are you ready, man?" The tattooist asked.

"Yeah! Go for it man!" I answered.

I winced at the first few stabs of the million little needles on my back. I guess it's the anticipation that something painful is coming that makes your body prepare hence the wince.

This is my nth tattoo. This one is a little surf board with a wave on the right side of my back. I recently went to a quick getaway with my friends and I learned to surf. I didn't want to go at first but boy I'm glad I did! It's my last year in high school and I might as well enjoy it.

A few days ago...

I was getting inside my car about to go home after school. When one of my classmates approached me.

"Hey, Goldsmith are you going to the party at Gem's tonight?" Jaxon asked.

He calls me by my last name.

"I don't know mate... I will think about it." I answered and turned my car engine on.

"Come on mate! It's Friday!!! Jasmin will be there..." He added while teasing me.

Jasmin was another classmate who always hovers around me like a hawk. She's gorgeous though but she is just not my type. But she's one of those that likes to offer and I don't refuse half the time.

"Alright... Alright..." I gave up.

I didn't have anything planned. And my parents are probably not home anyway. I went home and surprise, suprise my dad wasn't there. What do I expect? He is always busy. Never home and unreachable. And whenever I see him it's always about how I am wasting my life. But I will live my life the way I want it!

I went to Gem's party. It was held in their cabin just near the lake. I was still a few meters away but I could already hear the boom of the music. I also saw a few teenagers walking towards the direction of where I was going.

I arrived and parked my blue rubicon under a pine tree. There were a few cars already there. I stayed awhile in my car and checked my phone. I didn't realized it was lowbat so I had to charge it on my car.

I turned my phone on. There were a few messages from friends and all. I just skimmed through and checked if there was something important which needed to be replied to but there was none.

Then someone knocked on my window.

"Hello there handsome!" Jasmin purred and slightly showed me her cleavage. As usual, she was dressed to kill.

I opened my window.

"Hello there stranger..." I answered.

She instantly smiled and reached out to my head and kissed me.

I chuckled.

It's going to be a fun night after all. I closed my car window and got out of my car. I made sure I locked it before I walked with Jasmin towards the party.

Jasmin straightaway put her arms around my waist. I am 6 foot and she is a wee over 5 foot and maybe 4 or 5 inches. She was already putting her claim on me tonight.

When we arrived at the cabin, Jaxon and everyone else was already there. Gem approached me.

"Hey Goldsmith! We are going to Newie for a few days to surf, wanna come with?" Gem asked.
