- anger and disgust have their own little "just between the two of them" rivalry regarding where joy stands on the tomboy-girly girl spectrum. anger is team tomboy, disgust is team girly girl, and joy is 100% oblivious. this has been going on for years and she still has absolutely no clue.
- fear and sadness found out and now they're "impartial observers"
- fear mostly tries to clue joy in but this poor girl is still blind
- they keep an emergency first aid kit nearby because they all know joy's habit of quite literally bouncing off the walls (fear's idea)
- they all have mixed feelings about "catcher in the rye"
- joy: absolutely despises it because there's almost nothing positive in there
- disgust: ...the cover was enough to turn her off
- fear: easily scared from all the crazy and weird stuff going on
- anger: liked the profanity but hates that almost everyone made him as angry as holden (the main character)
- sadness: secretly liked it but doesn't tell anyone
- there's like maybe two things the 5 can indisputably agree on:
- 1. they love riley and will do whatever it takes to make sure she has a great life
- 2. the triple dent gum commercial song is something straight from the depths of the darkest pit of the ocean and can the mind workers please stop sending it to headquarters?
