"damn that was some good ramen" i said while walking back to the car with lewo. "have you heard from the others?... doesnt hayden usually call u everyday?" said lewo. ''hes probably with taeshi or something, they def look cute together'' i said while chuckling. They get in the car.
i pick up my phone. theres so many messages from hayden and 10 missed calls. ''what the hell is up with him?" i said while passing my phone to lewo. "text him back and see whats wrong"lewo said.
"Dude what happend????"
"THE POLICE T-THEY SAW US, WE RQN FROM THAT PLCE WE NEED YOUR HELP PLS"
"COME TO THE CABIN OKAY PLEASE CALL THE OTHERS WE NEED TO HIDE"
''OKAY OKAY COMING" 3rd PERSON POV dan calls all his friends to meet up at haydens cabin.
MATT POV: i was playing video games when i heard my phone ring loudly, i sighed and looked at the caller id, it was dan.
"MATT COME TO HAYDENS CABIN RIGHT NOW"
"wai-"
Before i could answer him, he cut the call. i look back at my phone dumbfounded confused at what was happening. i quickly got up and ran to my car.
NORAS POV
i was going through my bills after vivi left, not having the mood to continue watching the movie, when suddenly i get a call from lewo. i could hear Dan screaming in the background to someone.
''NORA COME TO HAYDENS CABIN AS SOON AS POSSIBLE PLS SMTG HAPPEND"
"Why what happend???"
''WE DONT KNOW WE ARE CALLING EVERYONE HAYDEN SAID HE WILL EXPLAIN AT HIS CABIN"
"OH O-"
Before i could finish my words, he hung up. in a rush, i got up from my couch, took my keys and went to the door. i opened the door and saw vivi standing in front of me, panting and telling ''I know you got the call, lets go."i nodded as i grabbed vivi's hand and we both ran out to the car.
REYNAS POV I opened my eyes and scanned my surroundings, oh right, there was a man sleeping on my couch.. i looked up at him to see him looking at me with his tired eyes, 'he looks good.' ''what are you looking at?'' he says.
i quickly snapped out of my thoughts, ''uh no-nothing-..". ''how did i end up here?" he asked in confusion "and who are you?". ''slow down with the questions.. i found you unconcious in an alleyway and you were really injured".
he looked down at his body to find all his scars bandaged up. ''you did this-?.. oh thanks..??" "i must've forgotten what happend last night.. i was pretty drunk.. i got beat up by those punks'' he said impulsively. ''oh..are you feeling better now?" i asked him with a hint of worry in my eyes.
''yea i t-think". he gets up and immediatly feels a sharp pain in his chest which causes him to fall on the floor "ah shit" he exclaims in pain. ''stay here for a while.. ill take care of you''. i said softly.
Suddenly i hear my phone ringing from the coffee table, i pick up the call after seeing that it was dan.
"hel-"
"REYNA COME TO HAYDENS CABIN RIGHT NOW ITS AN EMERGENCY SOMETHING BAD HAPPEND"
''are you o-"
he cut the call. i started panicking, i could feel my heart rate rise. "is everything okay?" the guy asked me with worried eyes. "h-hey i have to go somewhere.. can u stay here ill be back". with that i grabbed my car keys. suddenly he grabs my arm, "wait- can i come along?". he said.
Without processing my thoughts i say yes and bring him along.
TIME SKIP: we drove to the cabin. before closing the car door i look at him and say ''stay here okay? ill be back in a while'' ''okay.. be carefull alr?''. he said worridly. i got out of the car and ran towards the door.
3RD PERSON POV Lewo and Dan drove to the cabin and they all met up outside it. they all walked in quickly as a group only to find hayden sitting next to taeshi anxiously. reyna's eyes widened as she walked towards them"Dude what exactly happend???" she asked in confusion.
'Me and taeshi just wanted to check out the place me and the guys went that night in hopes for finding any clues but then since the crime was already reported the police officers were already there and they saw our faces and we ran away." said hayden anxiously
''WHAT??" yelled dan and vivi at the same time, they looked at eachother confused. they turned to hayden and taeshi. ''WHY DID YOU GUYS GO THERE?? YOU KNEW IT WAS DANGEROUS AND YOU COULD GET CAUGHT... WE ARE ALL DOOMED- " dan cut vivi off "GREAT WE ARE DOOMED AND IF WE GET CAUGHT NOW ITS OVER."
taeshi and hayden looked at eachother dissapointed.. "so what are we gonna do now'' asked george. ''only thing we can do now is to hide them from the police, illegaly." said matt. 'Yea, its better if we stay as a pair.. or a group, taeshi you can stay with me for a while and hayden can stay with one of the guys, "said nora.
''You can stay with me for a while Hayden" said lewo. hayden smiled at lewo ''thank you''
TIME SKIP
HAWANI POV i got out of the airport feeling the sunrise hit my face. i ordered an uber and went straight to haydens cabin. lewo used to talk a lot about his meetups with his group in haydens cabin, so i assumed that they would be there as usual, he doesnt know im coming and i hope he will smile when he sees me
let me see whats vivi doing...so i call her
"heyyy vivi, I have reached L.A ill come to meet you okay??"
"yea okay... theres a little bit of a problem so when your coming, be discreet alr?" she said
"whats wrong??"
"ill explain it to you when you get here.. get here safe okay??"
''Ill be at haydens in a while okay"
''WAIT NO NO DONT GO THE-"
I hang up. i take a quick nap in my uber as the airport was a bit far from haydens cabin.
TIME SKIP
i reach outside the cabin, keep my luggage by the door, i stood there for a while because i was nervous but i finally gathered up enough courage to do it. i barge in and scream "SUPRISE!", to my shock.. no one was there. The whole place was thrashed and i couldnt find a single person.
i was so confused, where is everyone??. i decided to call vivi
''vivi.. why is there no one in the cabin??"
"i told you not to come but u hung up before i could say it"
"ill come over to yours then okay be outside the cabin alr???" said vivi
she hangs up
3RD PERSON POV
as she was waiting outside the cabin, hawani felt an eerie presence around her, and it dint feel good for her, she just brushed it off thinking shes just paranoid and that she was overthinking and she continued to wait there. few minutes pass..
she was zoning out looking towards a tree she felt something grab her from behind ''WHAT THE HEL-" she screamed loudly in fear, an anonymous person had covered her mouth with a cloth, but it wasnt just any cloth, the cloth had acid smeared over it... she started panicking shaking and trying her best to get out of the strangle but she couldnt do anything..eventually she passed out.
