When we went back to the castle, I kept Elianys company, as she's been shaking ever since. Of course, this had me pissed off to no end. So, at that moment, I decided to take this island for myself.
We took the port city in less than a day, the people understood our strength and backed down. We reinforced and expanded the two, making it seem like an actual port city.
In two weeks, we created a road towards the castle, and created the capital of the Alestian Kingdom, Alestia City, with the help of the workers from the port city.
In just a few months, we expanded further, creating more cities, towns and villages, and planning ahead to make sure that there would be enough natural resources to last many years, like trees and what not. The port city was also given name, Navala. Navala, in this short amount of time, also had better ships. They went from shoddy ships that look like they'd sink with the slightest wave, to proper trade galleons.
Five yeas had passed, and we were finally officalized as a Kingdom. Our population reached over 100,000 people in such a short amount of time, but when you make sure to have plenty of opportunities to make a living, then they would obviously come to this kingdom, instead of the other kingdoms on the mainland. During this time, Elianys had also started seeing me a lot more as a mother figure, which made me very happy. However, she has been expressing an interest in combat. At first, I thought it may have been one of those passing interests Children would have here and there, but it was rather serious when she had asked Leo for combat training. She even requested formally to join our military force!
Is she in her rebellious phase? Does she know what this could entail. Luckily, she won't be an adult for a while, so she has time to think this through before she officially joins. But, her pleas eventually made me agree, as long as the training is specifically tailored to her age and size.
Speaking of our military, we recently opened up the occupations for the castle to the public. Men and women alike came around to join. People with nowhere else to go, or people who simply whish to serve the kingdom in a different way. At this time, I thought to try increasing the numbers of my Valkyries. Yes, they are all strong, but there are only thirty nine of them. So, the first thing I need to do, is find out how to gain more succubi.
Well, there was an event in Yggdrasil where we were awarded a handful of racial change potions. Perhaps we could do domething with those? The issue is, in the game, you would be given a menu for the race you want to be. So how would it work here?
I gave the potions to Circe, as she and her apprentices could potentially figure out what to do. Of course, we don't have much, so they'll need to be extra careful.
And, in a short three years, we finally were able to produces potions that would change one into a succubus. So, we then opened up trials for Valkyrie Training. To even get in to Valkyrie training, one would need to be female, to not disrupt the Valkyrie namesake, they would also need to max out their physical fitness scores, their written and vocal exams need to be maxed out, and they also need to prove themselves worthy in the Valkyrie Selections, where the initiates have to take more exams, physical fitness test, and even combat tests.
In the ten years of Valkyrie Selections being open, only 2 have been selected so far. After all, only the best of the best can join.
At this time, Elianys has been taking her training very seriously. Still can't win against Leo, but given enough time, there is no doubt the she could potentially be even stronger. She's still my little girl though, and she knows this. Hell, she even sometimes randomly approach me and says that she loves me and gives ne a hug. I really do have a loving daughter.
And, in another 181 years later, the kingdom was flourishing. We had more than enough money to keep our nation wealthy for eons, and our population was kept happy and fed. My daughter, through vigorous training and many years of experience, obtained the rank of Major, and even became the captain of my personal guard. Of course, as she is the daughter of the Queen, and heir to the throne should something happen to me, she is also protected by the royal guard.
And, at this time one of my valkyries that I sent scouting the mainland had returned with interesting news.
"My Lady, a new structure has suddenly appeared south of the Azerlisia Mountains."
"A sudden appearance? What does it look like?"
"It looks like some kind of large tomb, as if some royal family had been buried there for hundreds of years, but still well-maintained."
A tomb? And it suddenly appeared? It couldn't be, there's been no news of other players ever being here. But... perhaps it may be possible. But it's been two hundred years...
"Were there any markings you could make out? Anything at all?"
"There were. I apologize in advance for my poor description my lady, but it's difficult to put it into words. It looked like a thick extravagant circle, with many jagged edges, and sword going straight through the middle, vertically, with the blade pointed down."
That... almost sounds like...
I grabbed somethings to draw on real quick, and drew the symbol I was thinking of.
"Did it look like this?"

"Hm... it seems an old friend of mine has appeared then. Go receive Eir for me. I keep her to do something about this."

She quickly left, and just as quickly, Eir had arrived.
"Your Higness, I received word that you wished for me to do something to a tomb?"
"In a sense. If this is who I think it is, we may have a strong ally, or an even stronger foe. I want you to go a deliver a message to them. Wait outside of the tomb for someone to approach you. Only enter if they invite you."
"Of course, Your Highness. What message do you want me to deliver."
"The Dragon Queen of Alestia requests an audience."
She nodded her head and left immediately. And, not too long after, I was granted said audience.
