TODAY DANIEL WAS turning seven so Neve was at a kids birthday party which she certainly didn't want to spend alone so she invited Dyani and Indra who went ahead and invited Eula and all her friends.
Of course, Neve asked her dad if they could come and she could have kissed the ground when she was told yes.
"What's your brother's name?" Willow asks, glancing at Neve as the six of them stood in a small circle of the corner of her dad's house.
"Daniel." Neve responds, shifting her feet as she looks over at her dad and his family.
"You okay?" Willow asks, Neve quickly whipping her head in her direction, "Yeah, of course."
"The whiplash that must have given you doesn't really make me believe that but okay." Willow says, smiling to herself before she turns back into the conversation with the group.
"You're telling me you have never had nightmares?" Dyani asks,
"When did I say that?" Marcel asks, raised eyebrows.
Dyani shrugs their shoulders, "I don't know." She says, "I'm just trying to get the conversation going."
"What are they supposedly doing?" Marcel asks, curious as he looks over to the kids just laying slack on their back. No movement as their parents just watched over them talking amongst themselves.
"Well maybe you should go over there Willow." Marcel comments, "So that way they're not a kid short."
"Damn." Dyani comments which just earns a nudge from Indra as he tries to hide away the smile dancing on his lips.
"Stop instigating Dyani." Willow says, her expression matching with Indra's.
"Is it really okay that I didn't bring anything?" Eula asks, her face etched into worry.
Neve nods her head, "Yeah, I didn't even bring anything."
"Really?" Eula asks before Neve shakes her head with a smile, "Of course I brought something."
"See that's my point." Eula starts,
"But that doesn't mean you had to. This was all very last minute." Neve states,
Eula shakes her head, "No, I'm going to go give him a twenty or something." She said, not giving anyone the option to deny it as she left.
"I'm going to go with her." Indra says, "So she doesn't start begging for forgiveness or whatever."
Willow nods her head, "Good thinking."
So he watched them walk away to Daniel and Ava as they talked amongst themselves. Ava supposedly have said something funny due to the fact that Eula has not wiped that smile off her face.
