Miraculous Restore: The Tales of Ladybug & Chat Noir (ITSM MLB Rewrite)

Season 1 A/N

Alright, you have finished reading my season 1 to MLB. This book was quite interesting to make, however, it was torture watching all of season 1, and it will get worse from here as the seasons start to go downhill in season 3 onwards.

However, I did have fun making this despite having to watch the show, and I hope you enjoy reading.

Okay so you might have quite a few questions, here are some of your concerns.

What was your favorite episode from season 1?

I'd say it be Antibug, or the origins episode. However my favorite to write was Dark Cupid and Scarlet Lady.

What was your least favorite.

Rogercop, that stupid bracelet ruined the episode.

Specific reasons not to write The Mime and Animan

With The Mime, the phone plot was not worth trying to fix, plus lb does something at the end that's dumb, giving Alya an interview with Ladybug, which puts her identity at risk.

With Animan, the akuma got akumatized for a dumb reason, and the whole plot with Nino thinking he likes Mari but actually likes Alya. They'll still be together but in a different way.

Favorite Character?

Season 1: Plagg.

To write: Lila, Chloe, Mari, Adrien, Sabrina.

Least Favorite Character?

Season 1: I'd say Mari but she isn't really that bad yet, so for now I'm going to just say Chloe as while this was her first season before development, she was annoying af.

To write: This one is hard cause I didn't hate writing anyone, as anything I did hate I fixed, so for now I'll just say Mari.

Why use Scarlet Lady comic so much for inspiration?

It had some of the problems I wanted to fix done, so I went to check it to see, however I didn't wanna use too much for some episodes from it, and I felt kinda bad using it too much. I tried my best to be original where I could. I did use the official transcripts from the show as a base for my writing.

Have Nino and Alya gotten together?

Yes, after their interaction in #1.26. they got together off camera/page. The show also got them together off camera so I think it's fine, I just had it hinted at more. If I make season 2 they will be together.

Will Chloe get to keep her character development?

Yes. I have plans for her, especially for season 2 (if I make that).

Why introduce Lila in episode 7

Because I wanted to develop her. Her motives I'll keep hidden, try to figure it out hehe.

Will Felix exist in this universe?

Yes, but that's till season 3.

Will Zoe exist in this universe?

Yes, but mostly to help Chloe's backstory, basically she isn't going to be a "Nice Chloe but without the develpment"

Any other characters I plan to focus on?

Yes, I plan to focus on a lot of characters in this story.

Will there be a season 2 onwards?

If you guys like this, I will make more. However, if I make a season 2, it will be here. I don't want to make a second book for this.

What other miraculous are we going to see if it continues, especially if you're going to minimize importance of side characters.

I can confirm all the Miraculous will exist, and that the the Fox, Turtle, and Bee Miraculous will be prominent and will keep their original owners (Alya, Nino, and Chloe). The rest, I am unsrue if they will be given to their owners. Most of the season 4 hero's might not exist, and I'm deciding which season 3 hero's will stay. I might switch around some miraculous as well, but only time will tell. I can confirm that the Mouse Miraculous will be important in season 3, but that's it.

Why change the dynamic of the love square.

Because I fucking hate it, and it's too convoluted for my brain. I still kept it and tried to make it worth while.

And if you're confused on dynamic on this version of the love square:

Mari has a crush on Adrien and is trying to push down her feelings (and/or attraction) for chat. Mari as Ladybug is able to keep her composure around chat, less so around Adrien but still more or less.

Adrien for both of Mari's form is refusing to act on feelings out of fear of losing their friendship, the difference being he acknowledges feelings for Ladybug and plays them off with playful flirts a bit and he straight up ignores the idea he may have romantic feelings for Mari

If there's a season 2, when?

I'm not sure yet, I'll give this book a month or two to see if people like it, but my prediction for a time frame to work on a season two will be July to begin process, however it will likely be posted August or September, but no promises.

Will I take advice or idea suggestions from the readers?

Of course, especially since I will only watch an episode at best twice, once to view it, and another time to compare it to my note, plus I know there's bigger mlb fans who have more experience.

Will Marinette and Adrien get together?
