Alr time for some rules!
1. BE DIVERSE- Please make your characters diverse when it comes to ethnicity, gender, and sexuality. It makes this story inclusive. (That being said, I don't know every single term there is to know regarding gender and sexuality so if you could please put the meaning of the term in your application I would be grateful. <3)
2. BE NICE- Don't be mean or bully other people's ocs. I want this to be a safe space. Also, if your oc doesn't make it to the Cast, don't get upset over it, you're still able to apply to another one of my fics in the future (there might be a side cast too). If I see you being rude here then you will not get accepted to this fic or other applyfics I have in the future.
3. NO IDEAL CHARACTERS- You can't make a character who is loved by everyone, is perfect and has no flaws (or they won't get accepted)! The characters are village kids, not Madrigals (even if one them was a Madrigal, no one is perfect). Additionally, please don't make your character really depressing with a horrible life (also if they have a tragic backstory make it realistic and don't make it too tragic).
4. Love Interest- As of right now, my ocs are reserved already for love interests (except Elena because she is 7). Open love interests as of right now are Dolores, Mariano (which can be poly with Dolores), or Mirabel. Couples are subject to change but please have an age appropiate love interest, a 20 year old shouldn't be in a relationship with some who is 16.
5. I ACCEPT COMMENTED FORMS AND GOOGLE DOCS- I prefer commented forms but if you submit a doc, that's fine as well. No fancy text so I can read your application without difficulties.
6. FACECLAIMS- The Faceclaim needs to look be age appropriate, be a real celebrity, and give a proper resemblance which means no different hair color. Don't have a 30 year old faceclaim for a 17 year old oc. If their is a minor difference in physical appearance and faceclaim such as small birthmarks or eye colors, please leave it in the physical description section. No influencers please! Taken faceclaims are Michael Cimino, Jenna Ortega, Violet Mcgraw, James Reid, Ariana Greenblatt, Zackary Arthur, Han Jisung, and EA Guzman.
7. BE ACTIVE- Be active and vote and comment on the chapters as it gives me more motivation to write this fic. If you will be inactive/on hiatus please to let me know on my msg board or your oc will most likely be killed off. With that being said please be patient with updates as I also have a life and can get busy at times.
8. THERE MAY BE SOME SWEARING, ANGST, AND VIOLENCE- If you aren't comfortable with these themes, then please don't apply. Violence will not be graphic depictions and swearing may be kept to a minimum. Also warnings aren't limited to these so I will let you know if this book gets a new own (I will refrain from doing so but just in case).
9. PASSWORDS- Passwords is to post to your message board (and tag me), add to a public reading list, follow me, tag 3 people (tag them here in comments), and finally, tell me your favorite Disney character.
