Monox: Secrets Of The World - Chapter 1 - The Visit

The TV is being turned on, it flashed right in front of my eyes.
The tone got very loud.
From the TV, someone started to talk.

"WELCOME ROOKIE TO THE WORLD OF MONOX"
that was the recording of Prof. Kala.

"As I said, you must be a rookie if you are watching this.
Lemme introduce you to myself.
My name is Prof. Kala.
I study many Monox but mostly the ancient ones.
Back then when I was around 14 or 16 I used to be the worlds strongest trainer.
I was so strong that they kept banning me from the Tournaments.
Tho I gave up on being a trainer when I found the love of my life.
As I got older, I started to study the history of Monox.
I once payed a visit to the Skyton region and they have many things to see.
Tho this recording isn't about me.
It's about YOU.
Currently, I'm in the Furai Region. Where we have a beautiful City called Zakotur.
It's where the magic happens.
You can see so many things like different attractions, stores and of course the Ultimate 5.
The strongest of the strongest trainers challange them.
Only 5 trainers were able to defeat them in those 100 years.
Me and my grandson are on that list.
I don't live in Zakotur but on the opposite side of the region.
Called the Woody Lands."

The screen went pitch black.
"Ugh... It's been 2 hours."
complained Rey.
Liteel tries to cheer her up.
"Thanks buddy."
Liteel is a creature made out of steel. One torso and one head. The legs and arms are like cartoony lines and has 1 eye.
The Liteel feels like it has saved a life.
"It's been so long since I have seen my aunt and uncle. What if they forgot how I look like?"
Liteel gently grabs her hair.
"OH right. I have this red hair. Of course they wouldn't forget me."

The pilot starts talking: " In 10 minutes we will be landing. I repeat we will be landing in 10 minutes."

"You heard that Liteel?!" asked Rey cheerfully.

As the plane landed and both Rey and Liteel left it. They started to look for Reys Aunt and Uncle.
"WOOOHOOOO REEEEYYYYY"
"That's my aunt, Liteel."

Rey and Liteel began to run up to her and gave her a big hug.

"You have grown up so much. Also congrats on graduating". Thanks Auntie" responded Rey.

"Where is Uncle Roger?"
asked Rey concerned.
"He's currently working hard on a new house nearby Woody Lands. He will comeback very late."
Responded Aunt Gloria.
"Come on, let's not miss our train to Woody Lands, alright?"

As they entered the train they had 2 hours before getting to their destination.

"Finally home" said Aunt Gloria.
"Is everything alright Rey?"
"Yeah, where do I put my stuff?" Answered and asked Rey.
"Put them upstairs"
"Alright sure will do".

As Rey went upstairs, she eventually found her room. As she entered it, she felt a cold breeze.

"Everything alright Rey?" asked the Aunt again. "Yeah, I'am."

Rey opened the window in her room. The view was amazing. She could see the entire forest and ocean.

Aunt came up to Rey and said:

"I know you had to go through a lot. And that what happened was... so sudden. I'am terribly sorry for losses. I wish we could go back in time and prevent the accident."

"Rey, if you get hungry at night, you are allowed to have a night snack, alright?"

"Yeah, thanks."

"Alright Rey, I will be going now downstairs. If you need anything, just call me."

"Thanks Auntie."

"No Problem."

Aunt Gloria left Rey's room. It was silent for a long time.
