It had been a couple of weeks since Timothy had ended up moving to the Amoxa Region and found out he was going to have a younger sibling. Timothy hasn't completely adjusted to his new home in Hallowstone Town, especially without Crystal, his old friend.

Timothy was currently in his bedroom sitting on an Eevee armchair reading a book about a lonely prince whose only friend was an Eevee. He has gotten a lot into reading fairy tales since moving, given he hasn't made a new friend here since he moved here.

"Timmy," His mother called from downstairs.

"I will be right down," Timothy called back as he closed his book and placed it on the bookshelf next to him before standing up from his seat.

Timothy then rushed towards the door and began making his way downstairs to see what his mother his calling him for.

He walked quickly down the stairs to see his mother in the living room hanging up the family picture near the window on the left of the room.

"Yes, mommy?" Timothy asked.

"You've been in your room since after breakfast, why don't you play outside for a while," She said looking at her son.Maybe you can make friends with any of the neighbor kids who might be outside playing," She suggested wanting Timothy to try making new friends.

"I guess it could be fun playing outside," Timothy said, walking over to the door and grabbing his shoes and green jacket off the rack.

"Have fun and be careful not to go too far in the woods unless you take my Espeon or one of your father's Pokemon," She said, nodding at the pokeballs on the end table and pointing at the window where Espeon was lying on the windowsill.

"I stay safe," Timothy said, putting his jacket on as he opened the front door and began to walk outside.

"Esp," Espeon said, turning to look at Timothy briefly before turning back away and going to sleep.

"Be back for lunch, Timmy," Annabel called out as Timothy left the house and shut the door behind him.

Timothy ran out of the house, ready to play and try to make friends like his mother suggested, but unfortunately, he didn't see any kids playing outside.

'Well, I'll just play by myself for now.' Timothy thought, running over toward a beautiful stream near his mother's lab.

"I wonder if there are any pokemon she is studying yet since she became the region's new Pokemon Professor," He said, looking at the stream for pokemon to play with.

However, his wandering was interpreted as he felt a strange feeling coming from the woods.

'This feeling is like the last time when we visited my aunt in Hoenn, but this feeling seems lonely and sad.' Timothy gazed in the direction in the woods behind the lab.

"Let's see where it comes from. I'm sure it's nothing dangerous," He said, running towards the direction he could feel the emotional sensation coming from.

Timothy soon arrived at the source to see a small rodent Pokemon with white, slightly fluffy fur with a small yellow belly. Its ears were  white and small and rounded with yellow ends, and its tail is small white and  short and blushy and has blue cheek pouches, and has a tiny pink nose.

'That Pokemon is cute but doesn't seem familiar.' Timothy said, walking slowly towards the Pokemon curled up sadly near the tree.

"Hey there, little fellow," He said softly, getting the Pokemon's attention.

"Pi," the small pokemon cried, looking at Timothy curiously as he came closer.

"You seem lonely, want to play?" Timothy asked, kneeling down at its level."What pokemon are you anyway?" He questioned, studying Pokemon.

"Pichu," the Pokemon cried out, nuzzling Timothy's arm.

"You're a Pichu," Timothy said, surprised at how different this Pichu was from the ones he saw in Johto."Well then, let's play Pichu," He said, standing up.

"Pichu!" The odd Pichu cried out happily as it ran around, shaking at tail signaling for Timothy to catch him.

"Oh it's on!" Timothy shouted, chasing after the Pichu he just met all alone in the woods.

Timothy  was seen happily laughing through the woods as they headed back into the town, pasting the lab.

"I'm going to get you," Timothy said happily, chasing his new pokemon pal.

"Pichu!" Pichu  cried out, shaking its head as it ran fast with a smile on her face.

Suddenly, the fun came to an end as Pichu crashed into a young girl around Timothy age with short dark green hair that was in a short ponytail.

"Sorry about that," Timothy apologized as he lifted Pichu off the girl.

"It's okay. Is that your Pokemon?" She asked, looking at the Pichu in Timothy's hands.

"Oh no, I found this Pichu alone, so I decided to play with the lonely Pichu," Timothy replied." My name is Timothy Magnolia," He said, introducing himself to the girl.

"Magnolia so you're the son of the new Pokemon Professor  who opened up a research lab here," She replied."I'm Kristina Thronberry, my mother an breeder and my father is one as well they own that ranch house," She said, pointing to a large ranch near the outskirts of the town.

"That's cool," Timothy said.

"Timmy lunchtime!" Annabel called out.

"Got to go nice meeting you, Kristina," Timothy said, running towards his house.

"Yeah nice meeting you, Timbo!" Kristina called back.

Timothy rushed to the door where his mother was waiting for him.

"Well look there, you got yourself an Amoxan Pichu," Annabel said, noticing the Pichu IN her son's hands."I recently been starting studying that evolution line but strange this Pichu not with the Raichu mom I was studying," She commented, walking back in the house.

"I think Pichu got separated and found it sad and alone," Timothy said." Oh, I also met a girl named Kristina," He said, taking off his shoes as he entered the house.

"So you made your first friend," He said, smiling.

"My second Pichu was my first," He said, glancing at the Pichu I his hands.

"You really like Pichu, don't you," She commented.

"Yeah, it is so cute like an Eevee," Timothy smiled.

"Well if you like Pichu so much, how would you like Pichu to be your partner when you're old enough to be a trainer," Annabel said, smiling kindly at her son."You wanted to be a normal type Master and this Pichu is a normal and electric type that hat my research says so far,"She replied, recalling her notes.

"Pichu, would you like to be my partner and make my dream come  true?" Timothy asked, looking at Pichu in his hands.

"Pichu!" Pichu cried out happily.

"Alright then, Pichu can stay if that is what you both want now to wash up and then lunch. Also, wake up your father from his nap from his morning workout."

Timothy smiled happily as he headed off to get ready for lunch and to wake up his father and show him his new Pokemon partner in Pichu.
