"Holy damn, Eloise van Gogh!" Rose screamed, hysterical, after some coughing. "Stop with this moralism and stop pretending you're a sage aunt in her 83 years!"

Eloise blew off the cigarette and tried to spread the smoke away; some pedestrians looked at her with irritation, but nobody said anything.

"Sorry there" she said, chuckling. "I think my soul is of a 83-years-old aunt, so I can't help it sometimes."
"You're lost, my friend" cried Rose tragically. But she lightened up immediately, and continued "But I like your style, did you know? You are a savage with uncontrollable dark humor, aren't you?"
"I don't know where you saw dark humor in my words" sighed Eloise, then cried "I'm tired of talking! This story bores me terribly! I can't turn anything into comedy in it! Let's talk about assassin clowns in Denmark!"

"You liar" Rose argued solemnly "You're enjoying yourself"

Eloise blew the cigarette and smirked.

"That's true. Specially because Michael Stormfield was a very interesting personality in society."

"What do you mean? Because he was a hottie? Ah... don't tell me... was he a rich hottie, Eloise?" teased Rose, looking at her cautiously. Eloise seemed to lighten up suddenly. "Rich is a weak word, Rose. His father was St. Sophia's principal, and his grandpa was the owner of it... three or four schools around Salt Lake City too. And his mother was the owner of a real big company of snacks, successful all over the world. And he didn't have siblings, so it would all be his when they all died!"
"You know a lot, darling" Rose commented meekly, mean girl she was. "but, if he was so rich, couldn't his parents just free him from prison with money nowadays?"

"Money cannot do everything, Rose" Eloise replied morally, ignoring the mockery in her words. "Almost everything, though. I don't have doubts that his parents are still trying to buy the state to save him, but I think it's very impossible. What he did was hideous. There's no way to cover something like that, when so many people saw and witnessed in front of the judge."

"I'm getting curious, did you suspect? What happened? Does it have something to do with Cindy?"

"Cindy... is just a secondary character, remember" Eloise said disdainfully.

She blew her cigarette and continued.
