A few months later...

Noe tried tracking her down ever since but all his attempts were in vain. He thought about her all during those months, wondering what exactly her rank was among the demon race. He only knew she was somehow an important individual because of the way she was treated by the demons that served her.

He kept hunting demons on a daily basis, he encountered aggressive demons while tracking her and as he thought, most demons were mindless unlike her. He hoped he might find her again and have the chance to observe her again. Her gentle eyes and smile were stuck on his mind.

Noe heard about an unusual location that is a snowy terrain despite its not a snowy area, he searched in his reports about the demon race and found that there were snow demons existing that lived in snowy areas. And since her demon type was snow, it was safe to assume that she could be located in snowy terrain. He rushed to the location, which was in the snowy terrain. He looked around, hoping to see her there and get the chance to observe her again. He didn't really know what to think about that demon who had him confused since his encounter with her months ago.

As Noe suspected, he found her lying down on cold snow, and seemed to be sleeping in the middle of a blizzard that was keeping her safe from any outside interference.

He was stunned at the sight of her. The fact that she was casually sleeping in a blizzard was amazing for him. Most humans and demons would've been frozen to death if they were exposed to a blizzard like that, but she was sleeping in it calmly as can be. He couldn't help but notice the cuteness of her sleeping in the cold weather, despite his intentions to hunt her down.

Her eyes fluttered awake when she noticed a presence nearby, she slowly sat up and her long white hair tangled in snow, her eyes searching for the unknown presence amidst the blizzard she created, looking slightly irritated as her sleep was interrupted.

She was a sight to behold despite her irritated experience of being woken up from her sleep. However, even her irritated expression was beautiful, he thought to himself. She looked even cuter with her hair tangled up in snow. Noe continued to keep his distance, observing her as she sat up and looked around as she tried to find the unknown presence. He was amazed at the fact that despite being interrupted, she was still calm and level-headed. He noticed that she was still half-asleep so he was careful with his movements.

The angry blizzard dissipated once her eyes found his face, someone familiar. She smiled gently as her mood improved.

"Ah Mister, it's you." She greets as she slowly stood up and walked towards his direction. "It's been a while."

He saw her mood instantly change the moment she recognized who he was. Her gentle smile lit up the place as she greeted him back. He saw that she still remembered him after all this time. The sight left him more amazed that there was a demon like her.

"It has been a while. I couldn't help thinking that it was about time that I saw you again, especially since I knew you would be in a snowy area since your type was snow." He said with a smile. The sight and presence of the demon still amazed him.

"You found me, I missed you Mister! All I did was fall asleep ever since the last time we met." She said softly, dissolving all the snow she made in the area and stood in front of him.

He couldn't help but grin the moment he saw her melt all the snow. Her presence really was so calming that she could stop a blizzard so easily. He was also fascinated by the fact that she slept for months, especially since she looked so energetic and alert at the moment.

"I assume sleeping was a way for you to recharge your powers?" He asked with curiosity in his tone. He was really interested to learn more about her.

"Yes, I've always been in a slumber if I'm not needed, that's why I'm always on my best behavior!" She responded cheerfully and smiled around him.
