Chapter 4: What a Nightmare! Pt. 1

The next morning, Danny got up and ready for school. Timmy and Spongebob were still fast asleep, but Jimmy woke up to say his fairwells to Danny.

"Hope your day at school will be alright and fly by. Things from now on are gonna be a little bumpy for all of us. I'm sorry we put you in so much trouble," Jimmy said.

"Oh, I know it's not yall's fault. It's whoever created this holes in time and space itself. I promise we'll get straight to Clockwork once I'm out of school. The only problem I'll have is trying to get past my parents and sister, into the ghost portal, and make it back without my parents or sister seeing us, again," Danny said. "But, I should get going. Just try not to leave the room. I've left plenty of food and water for you guys, until I'm back. Also, try to keep Timmy in line. He seems like the trouble-making type."

"Way ahead of you, Fenton," Jimmy said.

With that being said, Danny left for school, meeting up with Sam and Tucker.

Hey, guys. How come yall didn't meet up with me at my place? Well, I don't blame you for not in the first place, but," Danny said.

"Our parents said it was too late at night for us to come over, since we had school today. But you can explain everything to us when we get back. We don't wanna be late for school, after all," Sam said.

With that being said, Sam, Tucker, and Danny made their way to school. Meanwhile at Danny's house, everyone had officially waken up, yet already bored out of their minds. At least Timmy was, leaning on one of his hands, on top of Danny's bed. Jimmy was currently making a few calculations and a tiny map of Danny's world. Spongebob was just laughing to himself while drawing funny pictures of him and his friends back home.

"By the way, Spongebob. What were you doing in Danny's bed this morning? Did you have a nightmare~?," Timmy teased.

"I did, actually. It was nice being in Danny's bed. It's warm and he helped me feel safe and reassured. It may come off as childish to you, but I have plenty of reason to be scared in this current situation," Spongebob said, pouting.

"Yeah, yeah, that's nice. Say, why don't we take a look at the ghost boy's school?," Timmy said.

"No way, Turner. We were told to stay here and out of sight. Who knows what would happen if people from Danny's world saw us, if not Danny himself," Jimmy said, with a scowl.

"Yeah and, on top of that, I'm a sponge. There's nothing normal about me in a human world. Who knows, I might get everyone's attention than you two would," Spongebob said.

"Oh come on, you two. It's so boring in here and it'll be hours before Danny gets back home. Besides, I did eat all of the snacks already," Timmy said, with a look of guilt.

"You what?!," Jimmy and Spongebob loudly questioned.

"Besides, it's not like I already thought about you, Spongebob ol' pal. We just need to disguise you and with what other than a human boy's clothes~?," Timmy said, changing the subject.

"No way, Turner! Just because you ate all of the snacks Danny rationed for us doesn't mean we get to sneak around and most likely follow him around school!," Jimmy said, as a final word.

"Fine. You two can stay here all you like. But I, personally, will be going. Cosmo, Wanda, I wish for you to pop me at Danny's school!," Timmy said, as Wanda and Cosmo grant his wish, and travel him to Danny's school.
