Meanwhile, Melman was with the other giraffes, working for his job as a doctor with Brandon's help.

"Saw." Melman said.

A giraffe gives his the saw, and Melman uses it for cutting.

"Suture." Melman said.

The other giraffe gives him a sewing needle, and Melman uses it for sewing.

"Swab." Melman said.

Melman leans his head down, and Brandon uses a small towel to get the sweats out of Melman's head. Melman put his head back up for work.

"You're in my light, Stephen." Melman said.

"You have a brown spot on your shoulder." Stephen said.

"That's very observant, Stephen. As you can see, I'm covered in brown spots." Melman said.

"Well, you guys are giraffes anyway. Giraffes have sports everywhere on their bodies. That's how it is." Brandon said.

Melman finally finished his work.

"Okay. That bone will be as good as new in a few weeks." Melman said.

"So, I don't have to pick out a dying hole?" The child giraffe asked.

"No, you got your whole life ahead of you." Melman replied.

"Really?" The child giraffe asked.

"Go out and grab it by the horns." Melman said.

"Thank you, Dr. Mankiewicz!" The child giraffe said happily and leaves.

"Break a leg! Sweet kid." Melman said.

Melman, Brandon, and the other giraffes walk for the next patient.

"This spot looks like Witch Doctor's Disease." Stephen said in fear.

"Witch Doctor's Disease? That's the most ridiculous disease I've ever heard of." Melman said.

"I'm sure that it's just an urban legend, right?" Brandon asked the giraffes.

Melman moves the tree, and there is an elephant that his trunk is tied as a knot.

"Don't ask." The elephant said.

"Someone's been knotty." Brandon said.

"Okay. This won't hurt a bit." Melman said as he looked at the thrill.

"Joe, our last witch doctor, had a spot just like that." The other giraffe said.

"And?" Melman asked.

"Why do you guys even care about a brown spot like Joe has, anyway?" Brandon asked.

"Monday, Joe. Wednesday, no Joe." The other giraffe replied.

Melman pulled at the end to make the trunk back to normal from the knot.

"Wednesday, no Joe?" Melman asked.

"I can breathe! Thanks, doc!" The elephant said happily and leaves.

"So, this Witch Doctor's Disease is a real thing?" Melman asked.

"You'll find a cure. You've got at least 48 hours." Stephen said.

"But, are you guys really sure about that?" Brandon asked.

"But I've never heard of it. I mean... I don't have any penicillin. I'll need a CAT scan, just to get started." Melman explained.

"What should Melman do after all?" Brandon asked.

"Have a lion look you over. They'd be happy to." Stephen said to Melman.

"Don't listen to them, Melman. They were just trying to get to you." Brandon whispered to Melman.

Melman was worried as the giraffe from the background, coughing while being inside of the dying hole.
