Bahiyya lounged on the couch, her fingers dancing over her phone screen as she scrolled through a Tiktok funny video. Each clip brought a giggle or a snort, momentarily taking her away from reality.

Her mother, Hajia Hadiza, glanced over from her chair with a bemused expression. "Bahiyya, how long will you spend glued to that screen, watching such things that won't add up to your life?"

Bahiyya grinned, lifting her gaze momentarily. "Just a few more, Mama. I promise."

Hajia Hadiza chuckled, shaking her head as she rose from her chair. "Alright, alright. But remember, there's more to life than what you find on that little device."

Bahiyya nodded, her attention already drawn back to the captivating world of social media. She watched as her mother disappeared into her room, the soft click of the door signaling her departure.

Alone again, Bahiyya delved deeper into the digital abyss, her laughter mingling with the sounds of the videos. Just when she thought she'd seen it all, a new video popped up, drawing her gaze. Bahiyya's eyes widened as she watched the vedio, a video that was trending across all social media platforms. The screen flickered to life, displaying a scene that sent a shiver down her spine.

It was a video unlike any she had seen before, capturing a moment so bizarre and unsettling that Bahiyya found herself frozen in shock. She sat upright, her relaxed posture forgotten as she watched the footage unfold before her.

Bahiyya's heart raced as she watched the video, her mind struggling to comprehend the shocking truth it revealed. There, on the screen, was the face of the girl they had been searching for, for more than five years. It was a face etched into her memory, haunting her dreams and fueling her guilt.

She couldn't forget the events of that fateful day five years ago, when their lives had been torn apart by tragedy. Bahiyya and her brother Salim had a big argument while he was driving and he accidentally hit a girl with his, they brought her to hospital but afterr some days she was gone as someone got her kidnapped. Their parents had to pay a heavy price to shsh the doctor and his staff, as the girl in the hospital was from a wealthy and known family.

And during that time her family were searching for her everywhere they've got no choice but to shut their mouth from talking about it or getting involved in anyway. The memory of that day still haunted them, filling them with remorse and regret.

Now, seeing the girl they had thought lost forever, Bahiyya's mind raced with a thousand questions. "How was she still alive? Where had she been all this time? And most importantly, why had she suddenly resurfaced now?".

Her fingers trembled as she reached for her phone, intent on calling Salim to share the shocking news. But her attempts to reach him were in vain, each call going unanswered as her worry grew with each passing moment.

Just then, the sound of footsteps echoed through the room, drawing Bahiyya's attention to the doorway. Her father stood there, his expression a mix of concern and curiosity as he took in her distressed appearance.

"Bahiyya, what's wrong?" he asked, his voice filled with genuine concern.

Bahiyya hesitated for a moment before blurting out the truth. "Dad, I just saw something... something unbelievable."
