With his training complete and his resolve strengthened, Umbreon emerged from the forest, his spirit ablaze with determination. Umbreon turned, his amber eyes meeting hers with a curious expression. "Aurora?" he said, his tone tinged with surprise.

Aurora took a deep breath, summoning all of her courage as she approached him. "I just wanted to say... thank you," she began, her voice trembling slightly. "Thank you for always being there for us, for protecting the kingdom, for... being you."

Umbreon's expression softened, a small smile playing at the corners of his mouth. "It's nothing, really," he said, his voice gentle. "I'm just doing what needs to be done."
