Why is everyone being so much of a jerk today? That bitch hasn't answered any of my calls and others haven't replied to my emails.

Have they forgotten I am their boss?

I gave her three missed calls. Three whole calls.

After 10 mins she called me back. I attended it after waiting for a couple of minutes.

"What was more important than answering my calls?", I ask in my usual cold voice.

"You don't get to interfere in my personal life", she said in the same tone. Which wasn't calm but chaos.

I scoffed at her statement and was about to bombard her but she didn't let me speak. I was astonished at her guts of ranting to me," For your information I would like to repeat to you too. You don't have a personal life, a partner, friends or parents go look after and mend ways doesn't mean it's the same with me. I just work for you and today is my day off so you, you Mr.Poker face have no rights to interfere."

And she cuts the call.

Look at her attitude.

She has put herself into trouble. I ain't responsible.

That's why they say think twice before you act.

I am not calm either but I calculate my actions.

I always have. Maybe that's one of the reasons I lost My Sakshu.

Time skip.

Today is Mehndi. Rahul and Anjali's mehndi.

There is so much to do. I mean not the work thing. The conversation with Sakshi is a snowball's chance in hell.

The decoration, music, food and everything else required for the ceremony is arranged. Even though Rahul's parents made sure I don't get assigned with any of the work and enjoy the wedding, I took incharge of stuff. The boys are so fun to be with even after so many years.

They haven't lost their charm at all.

It is all entertainment and joy I feel when I am around them. Just like how I felt during my teens. I don't remember since when we all are friends.

Probably since we joined that school. We all were each other's family. Each other's closure. Everyone had their own story of joining the boarding school away from home.

All of us were from different parts of the country. Yet connected by some sort of incompleteness. Some sort of lack of love and care. Which even I owned.

They insisted Hrudya to join the bridesmaids. Rahul offered to introduce each other. But this girl stayed rooted that she wanted to be with us. I didn't have any problem with that though.

Only Akshay, Jitheshwar and I have sisters.
Jithesh's sister works abroad so she wouldn't be joining us.

Now Hrudya and Neha are the only girls among us.

Thank god. I can't stand girl drama.

I was lost in my thoughts with coffee in my hands. And I didn't realise it had cooled off.

I am not in any mood to drink any cool coffee. I pour it in the sink and go to my room to get dressed. It was taking place at Rahul's home so the room I was given was a complete mess.

We sent Uncle and Aunty this morning to Uncle's brother's house to stay. Aunty was reluctant and wanted to meet Anjali but her bad Rahul was too stern that they shouldn't be staying here for the night.

Obviously we had planned an all-youngsters party night.

Suddenly Dhruv yelled, "Rahul what about the mehndi cones?"
