Dhriti
She was going downstairs to maa but suddenly yash came in front of her and asked
"Are you going somewhere"
She was silent for 1 minute and replied
"Y...yes bahiya maa called me" said Dhriti in her little ghungat(veil).
"Don't call me bhaiya" said yash in serious note.
"L...Lekin unke bhai ho aap" she said slowly
"Kiske?" Yash asked
(Whose)
" Arnaav bhaiya ke bade bhai ke (Arnaav elder brother's)" she said little shy and embarrassed.
"Ohh you mean Pranith" he said
" jii" she said
He laugh at her that in this time she follows that old tradition and told her she don't need to do these old fashion things , but Dhriti politely refused and about to go.
" OK ok wait, but I am 2 years younger then him" he said.
"But I can't call y...you by name s...sorry" She said.
Yash left from there frustrated
She went to her Sunita maa and asked if she had called her.
" M...maa you called" said slowly
"Beta Pranith got some urgent work and he left so, we can perform post weeding rituals tomorrow and go and have some rest I will send food" said Sunita ji .
"Jii maa" she said and left to her room.
At 8 pm she was waiting as her mother told her before marriage.
She is still waiting at 11 pm after that she fell asleep in same position
At around 3 am she woke up by hearing some movements and saw her husband is not keeping straight steps.
She run to him to hold him
"K....kya hua aap thik hai aap ne d..drink kiya hai" she asked.
(w....what happened to you are you fine a...are you drunk)
"Don't touch me ever again I can do whatever I want" said Pranith loosing control.
"And don't try to act all innocent I know you are same because all of you are same" said Pranith with venomous words.
Till now she is a crying mess and continue to cry after hearing his words and suddenly she remember Bua ji's words
"He will go to another girl" and cried harder looking opposite to where Pranith stand.
"What I asked for bhagwaan ji just some love and what am i getting seeing my husband with some other girl" she said slowly to herself.
He didn't say anything and went to sleep, after her crying she saw him sleeping peacefully.
She don't want him to get more angry that's why she took a mattress and lay it out on the ground beside the bed.
"Why bhagwaan ji why always me" said while crying slowly and drifted to sleep.
In morning
She woke up at 6am and took a bath,wears red saare putting sindoor bindi and many other things looking like a princess,
She put pallu(veil) on her head before going down, saw her husband sleeping so peacefully after making her cry miserably.
She saw from childhood her mother doing pallu from elders,now from her she get that thing or tradition and she loves to follow old traditions.
In living room
"Today is your first rasoi"said maa.
"J...ji main bana lungi sab" she said
(Y...yes I will make everything)
Everyone is on dinning table choti Bua(father's sister) , Priya, yash, Arnaav, Sunita ji except Pranith and everyone is waiting for him.
