Kavya is chachi's relative and used to live here with chachi most of the time she is 26 year old cunning lady.

The village was abuzz with activity as Kavya arrived, her presence immediately drawing attention.

Dhriti stood beside Pranith, welcoming Kavya with a polite smile. Kavya's confident and somewhat calculating demeanor did not escape Dhriti's notice.

"Pranith! It's wonderful to see you again after all these years." She said while going to him with extended hands.

With Pranith just nod his hand towards her with a neutral smile.

"Welcome, Didi. It's a pleasure to meet you." Said Dhriti joining her hands as her maa already told her about Kavya.

Kavya's gaze flickered over Dhriti with a barely concealed smirk.

"Oh, the pleasure's all mine, dear. I've heard so much about you."

Her eyes shifted back to Pranith. "And to think Pranith was always so set on marrying someone like me. It's amusing how things turn out."

Dhriti felt a pang of discomfort and something bad.

Maa sensed Dhriti discomfort
" Yes you two were just good Friends at that time , it's nostalgic."

Kavya's smile was polite but her eyes narrowed slightly as she looked at Dhriti

"Yes, just friends. But old bonds have a way of lingering, don't they?"

*Later in the Kitchen*

The next day, Dhriti was in the kitchen preparing lunch when Kavya entered, her demeanor as innocent as ever. Dhriti, maintaining her politeness, greeted her with a smile.

"Can I get you something, Didi? She asked politely.

Kavya approached, her voice soft yet edged with subtle manipulation.

"Pranith needs someone who truly understands him. Someone who's been a part of his life for a long time. Not just someone who appeared recently."

Dhriti's heart sank as she wiped her hands on a towel.
"What do you mean?" Dhriti asked.

Kavya's eyes held an fake innocent but calculating gleam as she leaned in.

"I'm just saying that sometimes old connections have a depth that new ones might lack. I've known Pranith for years. There's a familiarity there that you might not fully understand." Said Kavya trying ti justify her statement.

Dhriti's insecurities deepened, but she forced herself to respond.
"I see. I'll do my best to understand him you don't have to worry".

Like that Kavya went to her room fuming in anger as she saw Dhriti wearing mangalsutra, sindoor, bichiya,  churi and bindi of Pranith’s name.

After lunche everyone sat on verandah of that small house but Pranith was in his room doing his favorite thing work .

Dhriti sat on floor as dadi maa is there sitting on a charpai .

"Dhriti beta sit here on the chair why are you sitting on the floor. " said dadi maa and maa nodded to her.

"Maa I'm good  here "said Dhriti Making maa chuckle

"Let her be maa ji my daughter is like that" said maa smiling.

Aftet that Dadi maa  Said

"Dhriti bahu where is Pranith and Sunita where is aarnav they both are not seen often"
