MIA
The sound of music, claps and hooting is irritating me and my head could be blast anytime soon. I know it's the Sangeet ceremony of Zahir's wedding but what people get in too much noise. They could avoid loud DJs and can invite little singers to sing in these types of functions. Those singers also sing beautifully and still they are struggling for their future and career. If industry is not giving them a chance to show their talent, I think it's society's responsibility to give a chance to these rising singers. People could enjoy it pretty much and singers can earn money from this.
To prevent my head from blasting, i went to the small garden on the backside of the house. There is a patio swing in the garden. I went there to sit, but someone was already sitting there and it was Arunima Ahuja. So i turned to go back because i don't want to disturb her.
"Rukko beta aur idhar aao" she stopped and called me.
(Stop beta and come here)"Ji kahiye" I went to her and asked.
She patted the seat beside her and asked me to sit. I was hesitant to sit, so she grabbed my wrist and made me sit beside her. There was a complete silence between us for two minutes, because I lacked in initiating a conversation.
"There was too much noise and I can't bear it because I'm old now, so I came here to get fresh air." She said to me and smiled.
"Umm!! I was bored there." I said to her and she nodded her head a little.
"So you don't like dancing and to singing." She asked me and I shook my head in denial. After this none of us spoke anything.
"Why didn't you come to the mehndi function in the morning?" She broke the silence and asked me and I felt awkward to reply her. Is she spying on me. How does she know that I didn't come to mehndi function.
"I was not well." I lied to her. I was perfectly fine but I don't like the smell of henna and I knew the aunties here would force me to apply henna. So i called Zahir and told him to handle the situation. Because he knows my dislike towards henna. She was about to say something more when the only daughter of Ahuja family Meera Ahuja came. She looked at me and said to her grandmother.
"Dadi app jaha kya kar rhi hai. Chliye uthiye aur khana kaiye."
(What are you doing here grandma. Come stand up and have some food.)So she stood up, patted my head and left with her granddaughter. I know she is the grandmother of Ekam Ahuja, but she is very different from him. To be honest, I liked her company.
After sitting there for a while I went to the food corner and had some food. I was going to meet bua when Zahir came to me.
"Hey where were you the whole time and why didn't you dance or sing. I was getting impatient to see your performance but it didn't happen." He asked me with pouty lips and i hate when someone behaved like a kid.
"I quit dancing and singing a long time ago Zahir." I took a deep breath and said to him.
"But dancing and singing was your life, how could you quit it?" He asked me with a little surprised look.
"It used to but not anymore." I said to him and looked at the people who were dancing with their whole heart and looked like they don't have any worry of life.
He tried to interrogate me more but some guests called him, so he left without saying anything and I sighed. Then I went to bua, told her that I'm leaving and left for my hotel.
Just two more days then i will go back to my normal life.

There was a lot of excitement in Shah house because today is the wedding of Shah family's only son. Everyone is busy in their chores, some are decorating house, some are checking arrangements and preparations, some are getting ready while some are just enjoying. The groom is getting ready. He is already nervous yet his friends are teasing him more.
It was the time for the wedding procession to leave and everyone was ready by that time. So the barat left for the wedding venue.
Mia decided to go directly to the wedding venue because she didn't want to waste her time in the rituals before wedding procession.
Mia is looking elegant in her multicolour lehnga with white blouse and same multicolour design ankle-length jacket. She completed his look with a light makeup and curly open hair. She reached at venue and went to Zahir for congratulating him.
MIA
"Hey zahir, you look tense, is everything ok?" I asked him and he shook his head in no.
"Nothing is ok Mia. I'm scared and nervous. You know I think I should run away from here." He said and took a glass of water from the waiter and drank it in one go.
"Then go and run away from here." I said to him and he started laughing weirdly.
"I was kidding Mia." He said in between his laughter.
"But I was serious." I replied and he suddenly stopped his laughing session.
"I mean why are you wasting your life in marriage and all. What will you get from this? More responsibilities and burden on your shoulders. So it is the best idea to run away from your marriage." I said to him very seriously and after hearing my words he looked paled.
"You know what main hi ek no. Ka gadha ho, jo maine tumhare sahmne joke mara. Tum toh yaar meri shaadi hone se pehle hi todva dohgi." He said to me and left from there.
(You know what I was a big fool who joked in front of you. You will break my marriage before it happens.)"What a dramatic ass." I mumbled and turned to leave only to be bumped into someone.
"Baar baar mujhse takraane mein kya irada hai tumhara" he looked at me with fatal gaze and asked.
(What are your intentions of bumping into me again and again.)...........................................................................
