'There was a lot of tension between you unnies tonight'

That was the first comment you managed to catch after you decided to join in with Yubin when she went live.

'Are you dating?'
'Do you two like each other?'

"Well of course we like each other, we're best friends." Yubin chuckled, shaking her head.

You rolled your eyes, leaning in to whisper. "That's not what they mean dork."

"I know dork but it's fun to play around with the fans." She whispers back.

You climb onto Yubin, sitting on her back. "Why would I date this dork anyway? She's weird."

"Excuse me?" Yubin rolls over causing you to fall down next to her on her bed. "I'd make a great girlfriend I'll have you know."

"Prove it." You say as she climbs onto your lap, your hands falling to her thighs. Sitting like this with your bandmate was normal for you two. If she wasn't sitting on your lap you could be found on hers. Neither of you were touchy people, but that was a different story when it came to each other.

Your members just think it's because of how close you are, you clicked instantly. So alike that they always joked you were 'one soul in two bodies'. Maybe you were, you were each other's platonic soulmates. You both signed off birthday and Christmas cards with 'love from your only soulmate.'

"What are you two doing now? The lives been silent for like five minutes, our manager made me come check on you two idiots." Sua said as she burst into Yubin's room.

"Five minutes? You're lying." You propped yourself up and your elbows looking over at the shorter girl as she stares daggers into you both. "Okay maybe you aren't, but seriously? Five minutes?"

"Complete silence for that long. I was reading some of the comments and the fans are asking questions."

"We were just talking you know? Just mumbling random stuff to each other." Yubin lied. Neither of you realised just how long you were staring at each other.

"Give me the phone." Sua puts her hand out as she walks over to you. "You're both in big trouble if you do this again."

You both looked away from Sua, your older bandmate was weirdly scary when she was angry. How could someone you thought was so tiny and so cute be that scary?

"I'll be taking this and I'm going to Yoohyeon, we'll actually talk to our Insomnia." She stuck her tongue out and walked out of the room, returning to her calm self.

"Five minutes seems like an exaggeration right?"

"Right, like there's no way we just sat in silence looking at each other for that long. It's silly. Right?" Yubin nods, climbing off your lap and walking over to her desk.

"Wanna listen to some music since little miss angry pants stole my phone?" She says as she opens her laptop, hitting shuffle on one of her playlists.

Your gaze never left her, watching with wide eyes as she bends over to lean against her desk.

"You realise there's a mirror on my desk right?" She laughs as she turns to face you. Her hands gripping the edge of the wooden surface. "Like what you see or something? Because I thought us being soulmates was only platonic." She jokes, walking over to sit on the edge of her bed.

"Was there really tension between us earlier?" You whisper as you sit up, resting your head on your propped up knees.

"So you felt it too?" Yubin turns to you, her gaze softening as she meets yours.

"So I'm not being weird?" She shakes her head.

"And apparently it's obvious to our fans."

You sit in silence for a while, unsure of what to say next.

"Well, what if?"

"What are you mumbling about Yubin?"

"The song. One of the lines 'what if we just crossed the line'."

"Yeah it's a good line in a good song."

"Well? What if we crossed that line? What would happen?" You shrug.

"What if we just kissed tonight." You whisper as you look over to your bandmate. "Another line from that song. Something I've been wanting to do for a while."

"You have?" You hum in response, turning away when she looks over to you.

"Why haven't you?"

"What do you mean?"

"Don't start acting dumb now, you're a dork too you know? You're smart, you know exactly what I mean."

"I guess I've just been too scared."

"When did you know you wanted to kiss me? As in when did you first have that feeling?"

"Two years ago I guess, when I first stayed in here. Something about the way you buried your face into my neck when you finally fell asleep just, I don't know."

"You know."

You sigh as you lay down, staring at her ceiling. "I just felt something. Something I guess I've always felt but only realised that night."

"Something I've felt always felt too. That's why I asked you to stay the night."

"Is that the other thing you were worried about?" She nods, turning her body so she's sitting in front of you.

"I really like you. I have for a long time and I think. No. I know I always will. And I'm guessing, more hoping, that you like me too?" She climbs on your lap again.

"I do Yubs, like a lot." You slowly reach up to her, your hands pulling her closer to your body by her shirt.

"So? What if we just kiss tonight?" She whispers leaning closer.

"I guess we'll find out." She smiles softly at you, slowly closing the gap between you. Your heart felt like it jumped out your chest as soon as your lips touched. Your hands tightened around the collar of her shirt, Yubin's nails gently digging into your hips.

"Finally." You both jump hearing the voice from behind you. "Took you two dorks long enough." Siyeon laughs.

"Were you just watching us?"

"Only for like two seconds," she leans against the door frame. "Your phone died so Bora asked me to bring in back to you. I opened the door and as soon as I saw, or heard you two I just stood there in shock for like two seconds I swear." She walks over to Yubin's desk, plugging the charger into the phone.

"I won't say anything, I promise. But I'm really happy for you two, me and the rest of the girls are fed up with you two being so dumb about your feelings for each other. Glad you finally realised you're in love."

"IN LOVE?" You and Yubin shouted in unison, Siyeon laughs as she walks to the door.

"It's painfully obvious. Now have fun, but be safe." She winks as she shuts the door behind her. You hear her giggling to herself as she walks away.

"Have fun?"

"Be safe?"

"Did Siyeon just tell us to..."

"She just told us to have sex."

"Well?" You look up at Yubin, tugging at the bottom of her shirt. "She gave us her permission." You laugh, waiting for Yubin to give you the go ahead.

"Like I needed it anyway, I was two seconds away from ripping your clothes off before she walked in. So you'll have to tell me to stop, because I've been waiting for too long."
