A time fanatic who always urges students to get to their designated locations on time, or maybe even earlier than on time. If he isn't found doing that, then something would be seriously wrong. He doesn't kill people at first, only if they're late repeatedly and do not try to make any sort of efforts to fix that. If you are late, better hope you get to class before he finds you. If you are not often late, but still repeatedly so in between other timeframes where you're on time/early, he'll just keep an eye on you. His killings aren't often, because students know to hide from him if they are late/tend to often be late. He's a fan of black coffee. Preferably with a bit of sugar.
