Damian arrived in the warehouse district and he opened one up, it was a Warehouse owned by the Franchetti crime family, but no longer in use by them, Damian pulled down a crate and opened it finding plenty of guns, "welcome home Damian," he said.

Damian had a pension for guns, not surprising his father was a mob boss, and he was raised in the mafia, just because Jackie Estacado accepted his sons choice to be a superhero, didn't mean the boy didn't learn anything about guns, he just chose to never use them as The Darkness, instead using the dark powers, mainly because he was afraid drawing a gun in front of his teammates would freak them out.

The warehouse was practically a full on armory, Damian didn't know why his father left it secret from the rest of the family though, he usually told them about all weapons caches in the city in case they needed to re-arm themselves, but he wasn't complaining.

From what the Darkness told him this new suit had a finite source of magical energy called necroplasm and once it ran out it was back to hell, so he wanted to avoid using his new abilities as much as possible till he knew more about them.

That's where the guns and other weapons would come in handy, Damian turned on an old tv that was in the warehouse and he saw a story about Omni-woman and the Guardians of the Globe taking down the Mauler twins and saving the president.

Damians Symbiote sank into his skin and transformed into a black shirt, a pair of black jeans, and boots he appeared in a tree outside of Maras school.

Don't ask why he just always found himself trying to keep an eye on her and Eve.

"Can't knock your taste Spawn," said the clown demon before the darkling serpents popped from Damians back and ripped him apart.

Todd was doing his usual high school bully thing and was harassing a girl.

Mara

"Todd, leave her alone," Mara shouted.

"Or what Grayson," said Todd and he punched Mara and she fell to the ground.

"You know Grayson, you don't look to bad, maybe I'll drag you to the lockers and have some fu..." he was saying only for shadow to rise in front of him.

"Leave, now," it hissed in a demonic voice, Todd screamed and ran and everyone just looked confused.

Damian

"Hmmm, no one will ever touch her," hissed Damian.

"You should just let us tear him apart," hissed the darkness.

The Next Morning

Damian stood over his grave and Mara arrived for her weekly visit, "Damian, you won't believe it, I finally got my powers, I can finally be like my mom and you," said Mara as she sat in front of his grave.

"Last night I went flying around, it was amazing, well except for where I nearly got run down by a plane, and nearly got flung into space, which lead to me passing out than face planting into the street, but aside from that it was fun," said Mara.

"Mom started training me, she tried to teach me to fight and she hit me, it hurt, and I was a bit surprised, but she thinks I can't handle it, I want to prove that I can," said Mara.

Mara looked at her watch, "Crap I'm late, I'll talk to you later Damian," said Mara as she ran off.

"Huh, she'll do something insane I'm sure," said Damian.

"I better go keep an eye on her," said Damian as he used the shadows to teleport to the school.

Mara was being harassed again by Todd and she just took every punch like it was nothing, and honestly it probably didn't even tickle thanks to her new physiology.

Damian saw Mara leave the school and he kept an eye on her just in case she got herself into trouble she couldn't pull herself out of.

Mara

Mara dressed in red and blue with a bandana over her mouth and goggles over her eyes flew into the city, "gun fire, gun fire," she said listening and followed the gun fire she found three guys, two of them in suites, and the other was a guy made of stone.

"Who're you supposed to be?" asked the guy made of rock.

"I'm a, working on that, any ideas?" asked Mara.

"Captain Goggles, with the hole punched through her," said the rock man as he tried to punch her.

"Doesn't quite role of the tounge," said Mara as she dodged, they exchanged blows and Mara flew into him and sent him flying through the alley than out on the streets.

"What about, ass kicker? No, that sounds willfully childish," said Mara.

"You look ridiculous," said Nora.

Damian

Damian followed Mara to make sure she didn't get herself killed, so far so good, now her mom was around, Damian was about to leave and return to his warehouse base when he suddenly saw flashes of something, death, blood.

"The hell was that?" Damian asked.

"You just had flashes of Omni-Womans mind, looks like the worlds greatest hero has a dark secret," said Darkness.

"Huh, sorry Mara, I have to keep an eye on your mother for a bit," Damian thought as he was swallowed by darkness.

Damian appeared in his warehouse base, "huh moments like this I miss the tech in the Teen Team base," said Damian.

"You remember that I have the power to make anything right, even technology you might need," Darkness said as it spread tendrils to all the tech Damian already had on hand and it became more advanced.

"Sometimes I do forget, your only limit is my imagination," Damian said.

"Because rarely do you and your father think of anything beyond, guns, blades, and minions," said Darkness.

As Damian began to use the computer he connected it to guardians HQ, if there was a problem, he wanted to know about it.

After a few days of waiting, there was an alert, Damian opened a portal to the mountain base and he sat in the shadows of the mountain and he saw Omni-Woman flying she looked conflicted.

Damian followed her into the base and he saw her fight the Guardians of the Globe, and after seeing her crush Red Rushes head, and slam Dark Wing hard onto the ground spilling brain matter everywhere, "I can't sit and watch this," Damian thought as he pulled Green Ghost out of the way of Omni-Womans attack.

Damian wrapped Nora in black symbiotic chains and slammed her hard into the wall, Omni-Woman tried breaking the chains but they just got tighter, "I reminded of the myth of Fenris, the wolf who would eat the king of the gods, it's said that the Asgardians to keep him chained crafted a ribbon that got stronger the more Fenris struggled," Damian said walking in.

The worlds strongest hero broke the chain only for more to wrap around her.

"Stop struggling, magic is one of the things that stop you," Damian said only for Nora to kick him into the wall and sent him flying down the mountain.

The fall knocked Damian out, and he wouldn't wake up till much later.

"I think one of my organs is liquid," groaned Damian as he woke up.

Damian manifested massive demonic black wings on his back and flew up to the hole in the wall, and what he saw was a massacre, but there were still three survivors, Omni-woman, Green Ghost, and War Woman.

"Darkness," Damian said.

"Seems when you fought Omni-Woman in weakened her enough that she waisted much on taking down the Immortal, Aquarius, and Martian Man so she didn't have the energy to finish off War Woman and Green Ghost," Darkness explained.

"Well, my jobs done here," said Damian as he sunk into a pool of darkness and he appeared in his base, and he fell to the ground.
