Please and thank you my loves....
And the story continues...Kavery's POV Still:
He just smirked and leaned his face towards mine.
I caught my breath as he got closer and closer.
I swear we were about an inch apart, if even that.
"I've been wanting to do this since you left this morning." He said as his smirked turned into a devilish but nervous smile.
"I-I." I stuttered, looking for an excuse.
"Just don't talk." He said calmly his face going to a blank expression as he closed his eyes attempting to lean closer.
And I let him. After all I have to get use to this. He's going to be my husband in- wait 3 days almost 2! Oh my, oh my-
"Are you okay?" Aaron asked I guess I started hyperventilating because I was breathing very hard.
"We- we are getting married in 3 al- almost 2 d-days." I stuttered trying to catch my breath.
"It's okay Kavery. I will not push you." He said sounding disappointed. He sighed as he slowly tried to get off of me.
Before he could I grabbed on to the collar of his shirt.
He looked down at me, his eyes staring straight through me. He leaned his face closer, getting into the same position as before.
"Don't do anything you don't want to do." He said his tone serious, still not showing emotion.
I couldn't help myself. I leaned in and before I knew it I was kissing him.
I kissed him soft. He wasn't responding but his eyes were closed as I kissed him.
I pulled back for air. "Is there something wrong?" I asked kind of hurt that he didn't return the favor.
"You didn't want to do that, did you?" He said while his eyebrows furrowed in confusion and hurt.
"If I didn't would I do it again?" I said as I leaned in to kiss him again.
This time he did respond which made me smirk against his lips in victory.
After about 2 minutes of kissing, he pulls away gasping for air.
To be truthful, I did enjoy kissing him. It took away all my worries about the wedding.
We didn't kiss again, therefore I got up to go to the couch(also known as my bed).
I felt a strong warm hand grab my arm as it pulled me back.
"Please don't go. Please." He begged.
"I-I can't." I stuttered realizing my feeling for him weren't even close to the ones I had for- Cade.
I hadn't seen him in what felt like forever. But it wasn't. I guess that's just what love does to you.
I yanked my arm out of his grasp, walking to the couch.
I think I heard Aaron speak, but I didn't care. I was already comfortable in the spot I was in. I drifted off to sleep into what felt like 5 minutes.
And I'll tell you now. I couldn't stop thinking or dreaming about Cade.
And again, that just what love must do to you.
