Fenrir couldn't get his mind off the green-eyed boy he'd seen that night.

He was out checking out some sightings of an unknown wolf. When he spotted him walking down the streets alone in the dark night. He watched as the cute boy sat on the curb. The scent of the boy blew towards him in the wind. He stepped out of the bushes but had seen other wolves behind the boy and started to growl, scaring the boy in the process.

He had watched how the knight bus came and the boy got on. He knew he couldn't follow the bus, but he knew where it was going.

He ran through the shadows, all the way to the leaky cauldron. He knew the boy was here, he caught a faint smell of him. He went through and into Diagon Alley. He hated this place, all the people, smells, and sounds.

He made his way to the corner of a nearby street, watching the windows of the wizard hotel. A few minutes later, he saw the younger male come to the window and look down directly at him.

He stared at the boy until he shut the curtains and the lights went off.

He had spent a few days watching the boy before he went back to lead his pack. He had sent two of his pack members to learn more about the boy.

Currently, he was sitting in his packhouse at the edge of a cliff, overlooking a beach.

He had a huge window behind his desk overlooking the water. He liked to take a break and watch the waves.

There was a knock at his door and the Alpha werewolf sighed. "Come in," he called and one of his healers came in.

"Alpha, you're needed in the medical house," The other werewolf said, and Fenrir stood, following him out of the packhouse and a five-minute walk to the medical house.

They had it away from the packhouse so that sick or injured members could have some peace and quiet while they got better.

Many of the other pack members had small houses outside the packhouse, too, but those were mated members, with or without family.

Fenrir had his own too, the Alpha house, but he didn't stay there much. He spent most of his time in the packhouse.

They enter the medical house and the healer leads him to a room in the back. He pushed open the door and the people inside bowed. "Hello, Alpha," they greeted as a soft familiar smell filled his nose.

"I told you to find out more about him, not bring him here!" He hissed, and the man and woman in the room looked at each other before the man, Credo, pushed the brown-haired woman forward.

"Alpha, we had to," Maria said, and Fenrir raised a brow. "He was attacked by some other wizards; he probably would not have made it if I'd left him there," She said and Fenrir sighed.

His beta, Credo, was one of five he had because his pack was huge. Maria always thought with her heart instead of her head most of the time, and that's why he chose her, he had enough heartless fuckers as beta.

Fenrir looked at the boy on the bed, really taking in his condition. "Fine, heal him, but once he's healed you take him back," Fenrir instructed, running a hand over his face.

"What did you find out anyway?" he asked, mentioning that the others were out of the room to give the younger male some quiet so he wouldn't wake up.

"Well, he's 18; he's a Gryffindor and plays quidditch," Maria said, and Fenrir waited for her to go on when she didn't hear him raise a brow at her.

"Did you find out anything else?" He asked.

"His name is Harry Potter," Credo said, and Fenrir, Maria, and the healer all froze.

"H-Harry Potter!?" Fenrir exclaimed, and Mariah spluttered. "Are you crazy? There could be wizards storming our pack any minute!" He almost yelled.

"I didn't know it was him, Alpha," Maria said, and Credit huffed.

"I tried to tell you," He said, and the woman glared at him.

"If we get attacked, you're on the front line," Fenrir said as he took one last look at the door before exiting the medical house.

He went further into the forest to his house. It was a few minutes from the packhouse, three stories tall and near the edge of the cliff. It was a little more elevated than the packhouse, so he could look down one side of the yard and see what was going on. On the other side was the forest.

He opened the small white gate that led to his house and went to the backyard. There was a pool, and for days he didn't want to go down to the beach. It had a wrap-around deck, a few lawn chairs, and an outdoor fireplace.

He sat on his lawn chair. It had been a long day. He had been sorting out the packing business and disciplining a few out-of-control members. Now, Harry bloody Potter was in his pack at the medical house.

He needed a break.
