It was a little after breakfast the next day when Sidas came knocking on the door with Credo. Harry was the one who opened the door smiling at the two. "Hey guys," He greeted, inviting them in; Fenrir had given him permission to invite whoever he wanted.

"Morning, short stuff," Credo greeted and Harry huffed. He wasn't that short, just a foot under Credo's height.

"What's up?" Harry asked, leasing the two upstairs to the kitchen.

"Got a letter for Fenrir, and some good news," Sidas said, and Credo blushed.

"I'll go get Fenrir," Credo said, heading toward the stairs.

"He's not here," Harry called and the two looked at him confused. "He left about ten minutes ago; he wanted to stretch his puppy legs before he headed to the packhouse," Harry informed them, and the two frowned.

"Well, I guess we'll just tell you the good news first," Credo said, his face bright red, making Harry wonder what the news could be.

"I have officially started courting Credo this morning," Sidas said and Harry gapped.

"Courting?" He asked and Sidas nodded.

"Yeah, he's been there for me through everything, going above and beyond to be for me; I always had some feelings towards him. It just took me a while to figure it out," Sidas said, and Credo rolled his eyes.

"A while? Do you mean forever? I've been dropping hints for years," Credit told Harry, "My mate died before I even met them. I wasn't affected because I was already in love with someone else. After he mated with Angela, I backed off. But as soon as I got my chance I started to show my interest again. We kissed a few times and did other stuff but we never went far, he was a bit sensitive and blinded by the idea of his mate," Credo said, and Sidas scoffed.

"I did love her; that's not a lie," Sidas replied, standing.

"But, Credo," Harry said, "I thought you didn't have a mate." He said he had never seen the man with anyone like that.

"We all do; every werewolf has a mate," Credo told him, and Harry frowned.

"We should head back to the packhouse to see if Fenrir is there," Sidas said.

The two left, leaving Harry in deep thought. What if Fenrir had a mate? Did they die, or are they alive? Had he met them already? Was he going to meet them soon? The questions flooded his mind all day.

He hated the thought of the older wolf kissing anybody else or calling them his mate.

By the time noon came, Harry had dug himself into a deep hole of anxiety and doubt about any chances he had with Fenrir.

He slowly made his way down to the packhouse, making his way up the stairs. And into the packhouse, he saw a few teenagers sitting in the living room.

"Harry," he heard a voice call and looked back to see Fenrir. He smiled at the man, and Fenrir frowned.

"Are you alright?" The wolf asked, getting closer.

"I'm fine, just been doing something thinking," Harry told him and Fenrir nodded.

"Well, I got some good news," he said, taking Harry's hand and leading him up the stairs to the Alpha suite. "So, I heard back from my friend this morning. He said he would be here in a week. He needs to prepare to travel because of certain circumstances," Fenrir said, and Harry looked up at him.

The thought that he had to leave hasn't crossed his mind much. He feels bad because he hasn't given much thought to his friends since he came here. He's been having fun learning about werewolves and spending time with Fenrir.

Lost in thought Harry didn't notice Fenrir coming closer until a hand cupped his cheek. "Are you sure you are OK?" The taller man asked.

"Do you have a mate?" Harry blurred out.
