kyle gets another note, he gets pressed.
———

kyle, who was now cursing silently at himself once he felt the wetness of the snow seep through his shoes, causing his socks to get slightly wet, wishing that he wore boots again.

it was now wednesday, two days after the inconvenient note he found in his locker, still in mild disbelief that something like that even ended up in his locker.

kyle hadn't got another note yesterday, so he hoped the random realized they didn't put the envelope in the right area - hoping that they wouldn't do the mistake again.

he was late, so he ended up not walking to school with his friends as they did every morning. and it was weird because, kyle was never late? he never showed up to school late - unless you count elementary. he has perfect attendance, which is kinda impressive and weird: because.. who really has perfect attendance at school?

anyway, all faults go onto that stupid little note, having his mind distracted and not so much of his homework and when he should wake up. when he woke up this morning, first thing he thought of was that annoying paper that was folded into an envelope - heart sticker placed in the middle of it like some sort of valentine's day confession.

fucking gross.

kyle walked through the school doors, halls filled with nothing but emptiness, students probably skipping class or smoking in the bathrooms.

he walked over to his locker so he could place his backpack inside, huffing once he took it off. he grabbed ahold of the handle that was placed right on top, and started doing the combination to the lock. he was honestly exhausted, the way his eyes heavied with the lack of sleep made him want to just pass out and lay flat on the ground. kyle had stayed up studying for an upcoming test, knowing he had to get better to surpass wendy.

wendy testaburger.

he didn't have a grudge against her, kyle just wanted to be better, if that made sense.

kyle grabbed the lockers door, pulling it open. he pushed the backpack inside though he unzipped it before he did, grabbing ahold of the binder he takes to his classes everyday.

his arm slowly - from exhaustion - reached up on the shelf to grab his assigned book for first period, history.

kyle was kind of happy, today being a half day so he'd only go to first, third and fifth period.

once he felt his grip on the history book, he pulled it down, about to place it underneath his shoulder with the binder. though, a envelope slowly makes it's way down to the ground, falling like a feather. kyle blinked a few times, not registering what it was at first till he looked directly at it.
