it was night time unity day was almost over

"fuck" ellie said waking up from whatever nightmare she had "you okay" a voice asked from beside her "uh yeah, whats your name again" ellie asked she may have drank a litle bit too much of jaspers moonshine and ended up sleeping with someone "it's carla" the girl beside her said "well carla, thank you for you know" ellie gave her a small smile and she laughed "don't worry it was a one time thing for me too" she smiled at the girl ellie smiled back the girl grabed her shirt and dressed up, she left ellies tent to be met with finn "hey finn" carla said and walked away "finn dont come in" ellie yelled "why would i- oh, oh my god" he screamed and slamed his hand on his eyes to not see the naked girl "i told you not to come in"she said putting her clothes on "what did you want"she asked him and walked outside her tent "youve been sleeping all day its unity day" he said looking at her then looked forward "i never liked unity day, you know why" ellie looked at the crowd that was celibrating "yeah, how are you by the way" finn pointed at his own chest "its going fine for the most part still cant move my arms too much or else ill feel too much pain" she told him "wheres raven" ellie asked looking around "i think her and clarke are over there" he pointed towards the campfire where she found clarke adn raven sitting and talking to eachother while holding cups in their hand "they seem to have gotten closer" ellie said smilling widely "yeah you almost dying made them realize that they have more than caring for you in common" he said he wasn't so happy about it since he did still like clarke but he would let it go cause he wanted raven and clarke to be happy "welp" she patted his head "go and have some fun pretty boy" she patted him again and pushed him to the moonshine bar where jasper was standing

ellie had been standing there for a bit now "hey" bellamy said as he aproached her "hi, there bellamy" ellie gave him a smile as he stood next to her " how are you feeling hows your chest" he asked "im doing okay my chest i cant say the same" she gave him a nother smile "okay" he said and they stood there akwardly "so" they both said at the same time "you go first" she told him and he nodded "about that kiss" he said and ellie groaned "don't make this weirder bellamy" she told him and he started to laugh "what i thought you liked it" he joked and she groaned again they kept throwing jokes around untill someone aproached them "bellamy can we talk" blake asked you could see that he had been crying for a while "uh yeah" he said and visably gulped they both started walking away bellamy turned to look at his bestfriend and she mouthed good luck to him he looked back forward and kept walking next to his ex

"gays these days" she shook her head and started to walk out the camp just trying to enjoy the cenery even though it wasnt much since it was pretty dark she had almost fell a couple of times already just as she was about to reach a point were she just wanted to go back so she did she walked back to the camp not withouth stumbeling again "were have you been" clarke asked concerned of her sister "just walking around for a bit" ellie replied clarke kept looking at her for a few minutes then nodded "wanna have a drink" clarke asked "you know i never turn down a alcahol" ellie replied and the walked towards jasper "hello ladies" he said as they aproached him "some moonshine" he asked and they nodded, he poured two cups of moonshine for them "thank you good sir" ellie said and they walked off

clarke and ellie had found themselves playing a drinking game "youre not gonna get this one" ellie said to her sister "oh yeah" she said and bounced the makeshift coin into a small cup and her sister groaned "fine" ellie said and gulped down the drink taking out the coin and showing it, a boy infront of her started to talk but she kind off ignored him so him and clarke sarted talking "ive done this before, dont worry" ellie said as she tried to balance the coin on her nose, after she had managed too she bent her face down as fast as she could but the coin got caught by someone "oh finn wanna join us" ellie asked "lets take a walk" he told her "okay mysterious guy" she said and turned to her sister "keep having fun i'll be back" ellie said and she and finn were off "what happen did you kill someone" ellie asked as they were walking "what no, i set up a meeting with the grounders" he told her "with who," she asked and finn looked around before talking "i was just with the grounder we had in the drop ship" he told her "lincoln" she said and he was about to say something but stopped and looked at his old friend "how did you, you've talked to him" he asked and she nodded "yeah, i did" she said and he shook his head "anyways i talked to him and he agreed to set up a meeting with his leader and told me to bring ours" he told her and she nodded "why arent you bringing bellamy then" she asked him "come on we both know that he isnt really our leader you are" he told her and she gave him a smile "yeah i know," she chuckeled "fine, ill get my back pack and you can meet me at the gate" she shooed him off she walked to her tent grabing her backpack then walked out she found bellamy passing by and grabbed him "whats up" he asked "look i'm telling you this because i trust you and i dont want to keep secrets between us, i'm going to meet with some grounders" she told him and-he looked at her with shock "look you can bring guns but you wont fire them untill i say so, and i mean this, the grounders probably have people hidden in the trees so please dont shoot unless i feel like i'm in danger okay" ellie told him and he nodded "okay, just follow us, im going now" she said and walked away towards the gate "what took you so long" Finn asked "I had to get my stuff you know" she said and Finn looked at her suspiciously "come on let's go" he told her and they started walking she dropped a few nuts as they walked

"We have to hurry the sun is rising" Finn told her and they started to run Ellie had to stop a few times to catch her breath since she was still wounded but eventually they reached the bridge were they found Octavia standing waiting for them "hi" Ellie said with a questionable tone "hi" Octavia said back "where's Lincoln" she asked "he should be here any minute" Octavia replied then they heard footsteps coming their way "someone's coming" Finn said "yeah no shit" Ellie rolled her eyes at the boy, Lincoln had ran to Octavia giving her a big hug Ellie cleared her throaght awkwardly making the two break away from their hug "Lincoln" Ellie said walking forward "Elizabeth" he said her name and walked towards her too they gave each other a forearm handshake nodding to each other

From afar you could hear hoofs of horses landing on the ground "horses" el said astonished as the grounders approached them "hey we said no weapons" Finn said angrily walking forward but got stopped by Ellie as she put her hand to his chest "do you actually think that they wouldn't bring any weapons with them" she gave him a look then turned to look at the horses and starts walking towards them Finn tried to follow but Lincoln stopped him "she goes alone" he told Finn and Ellie just kept walking, the leader of the grounders got off of their horse and also started walking towards her "your name is Elizabeth" the grounder asked after looking her up and down not liking that the other girl was two inches higher than her "yes it is, what's your name" Ellie asked "I'm Anya" the grounder told her Ellie gave her her forearm waiting and hoping that Anya would take it cause it would mean that they have at least a shred of respect for the other luckily Anya did "thank you for meeting me" Ellie said after they let each others forearm go Ellie leans a bit closer to Anya to whisper something in her ear the grounders started getting a bit uneasy "I know you have your people here and so do I so let's compromise, you bring your people here I bring mine" Ellie leaned back and waited for Anya's move, Anya raised her hand for the three other grounders that were in the trees to come down and Ellie motioned for her friends to come up to the bridge "now that thats out of the way" Ellie looked at Anya expectingly "the missiles you launched burned a village to the ground" Anya told her and Ellie looked visibly shaken "I'm sorry, that was not our intentions with the flares, they were mean for our families who are dying to prove to them that we are alive" Ellie told her truthfully "that does not change anything you invaded our territory, that means war" Anya told her and Ellie shook her head "we didn't mean to land in your territory we thought that the earth was uninhabited" Ellie told her "but after landing you did, you sent for an army to capture one of ours" Anya told her looking at Lincoln "yes, because he had captured one of ours, he had also wounded me" Ellie told her lifting up her shirt to reveal her scar "even then one of ours helped him escape" Ellie said putting her shirt back in place "Lincoln told me you have more people coming down" Anya asked her "yes there are more people coming down with weapons more powerful than this but there are also farmers doctors engineers, children" Ellie sighed "we can help each other but not if we're at war" Ellie told the other woman and she nodded slightly "can you promise that these new arrivals won't attack us that they will respect the terms we agreed on" Anya asked her "I will try everything in my power to make them honor our terms, if they don't I my self will help you destroy them" Ellie told her "why would you help us against your own people if the break this term of agreement, you would be betraying your own people" Anya asks her "they stopped being my people when they killed my father for trying to save them, my people are the kids they sent down to die not knowing if we could survive on earth" Elle told her truthfully and Anya stared at her deep in thought "okay, let's put the terms to this agreement" Anya told her and Ellie looked at her shocked that she agreed to have peace "okay, first is cease fire, we won't attack each other we'll form peace between our kind" Ellie started off "prisoners if you have our kind you must give them back in a week and if we have yours you we must have them back in a week too" Anya told her and she nodded "sharing resources like food and water medical supplies from both sides, it'll benifit everyone" Anya nodded "if we ever need your aid or you need ours we will help each other" Ellie nodded to the term "cultural exchange, you get to learn about us we get to learn about you" Ellie offered and Anya nodded "your people seem to have advanced medical technology if we ever need your help in the medical field you have to send your best" Anya said and Ellie agreed "is that all" Ellie asked "it's all for now we will need someone from us to stay with you but for the time being we wont send anyone yet" Anya said and Ellie nodded her head "that's fine by me, what about communication if we find something dangerous how can we contact you and how can you contact us" Ellie asked "we have a village near here go to it find a bird tamer there he or she will send a message to us" Anya offered "thank you, I will make sure to honor our agreement" Ellie gave her forearm to Anya and Anya took it "I too will honor our terms" Anya shook their arms and walked away hopping on her horse and then they galloped away
