It's been three whole days since i sent that text to christie and she hasn't replied yet. I don't know how to feel about it. I guess you can say i'm obviously feeling her but i feel that the feeling isn't mutual plus i still haven't asked her the question to begin with.
I jumped out of my thoughts remembering i have a mom to bother grabbing my phone to call her number, on the third ring she answered.
"heyy motherr" i said walking to my kitchen
"Jamie what you want you only call me when you want something" my mom said i could tell she rolled her eyes.
"oh wow i actually called to just talk to you for the first time since i only call when i want something" i said.
"mhm since you wanna talk let's talk about how quick you left my house after helping me move in" she said.
"i honestly don't know what your talking about" i lied sarcastically.
"i don't know my ass" she said
"mom i was just in a rush because i was late for my tat appointment" i said telling half of the truth.
"you sure not for one of your little girlfriends" she said being messy.
"alright now i don't even have one to begin with for your information" i said folding my arms.
" so what about that time y-" she said before i cut her off.
"omg that's old stuff mom" i said
"yeah yeah what you doing right now?" she asked
"nothing" i replied
"okay good because i need you to go to the store for me and get a few things i'll text you the list" she said.
"that's it" i asked
"oh and your dad want some cinnabon"
"alright i love you see you soon" i said before hanging up putting on my shoes and heading out the door.

"I'm so ready to go home" i mumbled to myself as looked at my apple watch seeing i got 10 more minutes until i get off.
"Welcome to Cinnabon what can i get you today" i said as the next customer walked up.
"lemme get two of your original cinnamon rolls pls" the woman said.
"okay that will be $11.75" i said as i watched her hand me a 20"
After a while i gave her the change then started to prepare her order as she watched.
