Beatrice's pov

Living in Karina's house was peaceful, yet I still felt like something was off. Lately jeonghan has been ignoring me and I still don't know why, I just shrugged it off and ignored him as well.

Seungkwan's pov a few days ago.

I was walking around exploring while everyone else was just talking and discussing on how to survive with Karina.

While waking around I noticed a room that was closed, in fact it was the only one that was closed, I walked forward to it and tried to open it, to my surprise it did open.

I looked around for a bit and found a huge fridge filled with raw meat.. It smelled terrible. ‘why would she have this..’ I thought to myself.

“anong ginagawa mo dito?” someone said and I flinched. I turned to look around and it was Karina. “ah may hinahanap lang sorry” I said. “ikaw nalang ang hinihintay namin tara na” she said I and I just nodded and followed her.

Karina's pov

I should've kept that door locked. I couldn't help but feel a little anxious because what if he starts suspecting me? Things would be getting out of hand if he did.

"Ahm.. Seungkwan?” I said calling him, he stopped walking to listen to what I had to said. I walked closer to him and said “pwede bang wag mo sabihin sa iba ang nakita mo?” I asked him nervously.

He just nodded replying to me. I thought I'd feel a little less anxious after that but I didn't I still felt like he was suspecting me..

Beatrice's pov

Seungkwan and Karina finally arrived, so we finally started discussing on how to escape. “okay so everyone is here let's start with mingyu, your the only one who knows how to drive a van so how do we get out of here?” I asked. “yes I do know how to drive a van, pero may problema..” he said.

“ah oo nga pala wala na tayong gas..” ryujin said “Karina may alam ka bang gas station dito?” woozi asked Karina “ah oo actually medyo malayo nga lang sya.” Karina replied. “abot pa naman ata yung gas nang van diba?” I asked mingyu and he nodded. “okay sino next?” mina asked and hoshi raised his hand to speak.

“so about dun sa food and supplies natin saan at papano tayo kukuha?” hoshi asked and we agreed on his question “nung papunta tayo dito may nakita akong mall doon hindi sya masyado malayo” winter added.

“let's wait and rest for a few more days dito bago umalis” jeonghan said and we agreed “we also need training to fight against zombies” I added.

10:00 pm at night.
Beatrice's pov

We were all gathered in the living room waiting for some news for the 9th time, at this point I already lost hope, meanwhile the others still are sure that there will be some news.

We were also eating lugaw while waiting for news, we were just there staring at the tv waiting for news to pop up randomly. It was  already past 11:00 pm, some of us were already loosing hope as well.

But to our surprise the tv started making buzzing noises. I flinched because I was literally falling asleep, we all looked at the tv closely again patiently.. Well so I thought.

“ano bayan ilan minuto na tayo nandito eh wala naman lumalab-” mina was about to complete her sentence when she suddenly got cut off by the news reporter speaking on the tv. We all yelled with happiness.

"Shh makinig kayo!” I said to them as the news reporter speaks.

[Boogsh! Ang galing ko, CHAROT]

My eyes widened as I kept watching because I knew exactly what they ment when they said ’different types of zombies’ because I had encountered 2 of them already, and one of them was my bestfriend.

“shet.. Diba ganon din si wonyoung?” hoshi asked and Karinas eyes shifted to hoshi “wonyoung?” Karina asked in curiousity “uhm.. She was our friend, well unfortunately she turned into one of them” I said holding back my tears.

Author's pov

Speaking of wonyoung.. Where is she now..?

A few weeks ago in the shelter..

When wonyoung was found by heeseung, everyone thought that they would he safe after that because she was locked in a white room, but one night after the friend group left wonyoung broke the glass with her head and ate everyone causing more zombies.

Then a few days after that wonyoung was nowhere to be found until.. A scientist found her on the way to the laboratory where all the other
Zombies were. She was found unconscious due not eating for a couple of days.

The Scientist called back up because she might attack within seconds the others came to the location and they brought her to the lab. Her room wasn't like the others, the normal zombies rooms could fit 5 zombies, meanwhile she had her own room due to her size.
