10 Years passed, and yeonjun became one of the vampires. He grew aggressive and hungry for blood, and as a result, many died at his hands. He only hunts at night when everyone is already asleep. If he spots you walking alone in the dark, you will immediately become one of his victims. His presence is silent and swift, and by the time you realize what's happening, it's often too late. Those who have encountered him speak of an overwhelming sense of dread, knowing that escape is nearly impossible once he has targeted you.

He enjoyed playing with one of his victims; if he let you run, it means he wants to have fun first, just like a fox playing with its prey. Many of his victims make the news on TV, always trending in Seoul and frequently reported, but no one knows who the killer is because Yeonjun is so skilled at hiding. The police are never sure when or where he will strike, which keeps them active at night in their efforts to catch him. His elusive nature makes it difficult for them to predict his next move, adding to the growing tension and urgency.

When other vampires living in the city heard the news about many people dying because of an unknown person, they planned to find out who he was. Just like him, they became vampires accidentally through bites they didn't intend. They didn't want to become vampires, but it happened, and now they can't turn back into humans. They feel disgusted with themselves for becoming vampires, and being a vampire will make people see them as monsters.

The first one who isn't scared to face him is Choi Beomgyu, who wears a gray hoodie and jogging pants at night, pretending to be one of his victims. He smirked before he walked into a shadow alley in the street, He knows exactly where he is because he can feel his presence. Walking in the alley, he pretends to use his phone. The narrow passage is dimly lit by a few scattered streetlights, casting long shadows on the walls. Beomgyu keeps his eyes peeled, glancing around as he moves, trying to stay calm and blend in with his surroundings. The sound of his footsteps echoes softly, and he makes sure to stay alert for any sign of movement.

As he continues walking, Beomgyu suddenly hears a sound behind him. A smirk spreads across his face, knowing exactly what it is. He slows his pace, his heart quickening with excitement.

"Finally" he thought, still walking.

Beomgyu’s smirk widens as he hears footsteps getting closer. Yeonjun suddenly appears from the shadows, moving fast and quietly. His eyes are fixed on Beomgyu as he gets ready to attack. Beomgyu senses the danger and tenses up, preparing himself for the confrontation. The alley grows tense as Yeonjun closes in, and Beomgyu knows the moment is about to escalate. Yeonjun lunges at Beomgyu with vampiric speed and strength, but Beomgyu is ready. He quickly dodges Yeonjun's attack and counters with his own forceful move. Despite Yeonjun's abilities, Beomgyu’s strength proves superior. They clash briefly, with Beomgyu overpowering Yeonjun and pushing him back with ease.
As Beomgyu steps back, he says, “I thought you were stronger than me"

Yeonjun, catching his breath and looking confused, replies, “How are you fighting back so well? I didn’t expect this from you human."

"because I'm also like you dumbass" beomgyu answered as he offer his hand to make an handshake to him which yeonjun immediately accept.

"‘Like what? You’re also a vampire, just like me?’ Yeonjun asked, confused. Beomgyu nodded his head in agreement.

"By the way, I'm Choi Beomgyu. You can call me Gyu. I'm 23 years old and live nearby. If you’d like, you can come with me!" he said as he smiled warmly.

"I'm Choi Yeonjun, that's all," Yeonjun answered shortly, feeling like Beomgyu would just laugh at him if he revealed his real age. Just as Beomgyu was about to reply, Yeonjun quickly put his hand over Beomgyu's mouth to stop him. Suddenly, they both sensed something nearby, walking toward them.

"Shit, I feel not just one person, but three," Beomgyu whispered, looking behind them where the presence seemed to come from.

"Let's wait and see what they want from us," Yeonjun whispered back as they readied themselves for whatever encounter might come their way.

Both of them stood waiting, their bodies tense, eyes focused ahead. The air felt heavy as they listened for any movement, their breathing the only sound around them. Yeonjun’s heart raced, but he kept his face calm, trying to stay focused. Next to him, Beomgyu’s hand twitched slightly, showing his nervousness even though he was trying to stay composed.

Finally, three figures appeared from the shadows—a girl and two men. The girl glanced at them, her gaze sharp, while the men stood close to her, looking serious and on guard.

Yeonjun’s mind raced as he wondered what they wanted. His pulse quickened with a mix of caution and tension. Beside him, Beomgyu let out a quiet breath, his fingers moving slightly as if ready to react at any moment.

"Oh hey, there, handsome guys!" the girl finally called out, walking toward them with the two boys on either side of her.

Yeonjun tensed up, quickly glancing at Beomgyu. Her loud, playful tone caught him off guard, but he still felt like something was off. As the girl got closer, the two boys stayed silent, their faces hard to read. Beomgyu tightened his jaw, feeling uneasy. The friendly greeting didn’t match the strange tension in the air.

When the trio finally reached them, the girl stopped and smiled. "I’m Shin Yuna," she said, pointing to herself, then gestured to the boys. "These are my friends, Choi Soobin and Kang Taehyun."

Yeonjun, still wary, took a step forward. "What do you want from us?" His voice was steady, but he kept his guard up, his eyes flicking between Yuna and the two boys.

Yuna’s smile widened. "We want you two to join us."

Both Yeonjun and Beomgyu blinked in surprise. "Join you?" Beomgyu repeated, his confusion clear.

Yuna nodded confidently, the playful glint in her eyes returning. "Yeah. We think you’d be perfect to be part of our group. You both have... potential." Her tone was casual, but there was something in the way she said it that made Yeonjun feel like this wasn’t just an ordinary offer. Soobin and Taehyun still didn’t speak, but their presence made it clear this wasn’t a simple request.

Yeonjun glanced at Beomgyu again, both of them unsure of what to make of this strange invitation.
