There are three fundamental characteristics of humanity and that is life, existence, and death. Life, viewed in the perspective of humans' natural act of breathing; existing, viewed through the lens of phenomena—to perceive something and to be perceived, and; death, one that cannot be viewed first-hand if you are alive, but you and everyone collectively know that it is the loss of life. But if you were to choose one among the three that you are most familiar with and one that you wish to drown yourself in, then it would be life and death respectively.
You are familiar with life like it is an enemy, while you gravitate towards death like it is someone whom you want to befriend. After all, all of you have done in your life is to breathebreathebreathe, but you were never one for repetition, and you were most certainly not one for regularity. Thus, the only thing left to question is the aspect of existence.
Why do you exist?

There is a tremble at the edge of your lips, and you know your grin falters. You were known for that—you never smile, after all, not unless it was at the misery of someone else.
"If everyone so wishes, then the end shall never come!" Your voice resonates across the bodies of humans and their ghastly responses come like a tidal wave with its water pressure crashing along your frail shoulders. Your smile grows wider along with your eyes shaped like crescents. "Therefore, the show must go on."
