It all happened so fast...

Zombies hit the basement door, trying to break it down. Sun and Moon, on the other hand, were trying to find a way out.

Moon lucky found a window and smashed it open. "Quickly out the window!" Sun wasted no time, and quality got out cutting himself a bit on the broken glass. Moon followed.

When they got out, they heard screams and the walking dead groaning. Gun shots and crashing cars, as well as fire and smoke. People were running for their lives, knocking others down to be left as zombie food.

Moon grabbed Sun's hand and ran through the crowd, not caring for the people who were dropping like flies. He just cared for Sun's safety.

They ran into a nearby store and locked the doors. Luckily, nobody was in there. Moon looked around for anything they could use, but all he found was two walkie talkies and baseball bats. He handed one to Sun and put batteries in the walkies and gave one to Sun as well.

"There. That way it we get separated, we can communicate and find each other again."

"R-Right.." Sun nodded.

Moon can hear the fear in Sun's voice and gently touched Sun's face. "Hey, it's going to be okay. If we do get separated, I'll do everything I can to find you again." He saw Sun smile a bit at that. Moon gave Sun a kiss on the head before standing up. "Let's clean up your wounds."

Sun looked down at his hands that were cut by the glass. He didn't even notice it until Moon mentioned it. He was so worried about what was happening in front of him to care. "Right. That's probably a good idea." Sun stood up as well.

Moon looked around a bit to find something to patch up Sun. He couldn't find a medical kit anywhere, but he did find a shirt, so he just ripped the shirt and used that. There was also disinfected. There wasn't a lot, but it was enough to clean the cuts.

Once Moon was done bandaging Sun's hands, he gave him a kiss on the cheek. "There we go. That should work until we find a medical kit." Sun smiled at him before the sound of glass shattering interrupted their moment. Both their heads snapped to the entrance. The zombies had finally broken the glass and were slowly getting inside. "Shit." Moon grabbed Sun's hand and ran to the emergency exit.

They ran out into the street, where people were still screaming and running away. They jumped over dead bodies and pushed, but they kept running.

But bummed Moon so hard he got knocked off his balance. Sun tried to catch him but was only able to grab Moon's yen and yang bracelet before getting pushed by the crowd.

Sun managed to get out of the crowd but lost sight of Moon. "Moon!?" He yelled, looking around. But with the crowd, he couldn't see him. He cupped his hands over his mouth, "Moon!" He felt like crying, but he couldn't. He needed to get somewhere safe. Sun ran off and prayed that Moon was okay.

Moon, on the other hand, also managed to get out of the crowd as well. "Sun!?" He looked around. "Sun!" He yelled again, but there was no response. "Shit.." Moon whispered to himself before running off. 'He'll be okay. He has to be.' Moon thought.

It's been a while since Sun and Moon got separated. Moon luckily was able to find a cabin in the woods and has been staying there for a while. Unfortunately, during the stampede of people, his walkie got destroyed. He's been trying to fix it, but it was no use. It was completely destroyed. His best opinion was searching for Sun on foot. He found a map, and every day, he went out and looked. He also kept a journal on things he's learned so he can remember.
