Okay so I have had a Chromebook for about 6 years now. Last year somewhere in September or October it started to shut off on its own, so I gave it to my dad to fix since he's really good with electronics. He looked at everything and tried to fix it, but came to the conclusion that it was water damage. After he looked at it, some of my keys would turn off my Chromebook or would spam random things, so I just stopped using it and put it in my closet for nostalgia. A couple days ago, I took it out to just look at it and maybe try to watch something, and I decided to press one of the buttons that shut it off telling myself that if it shut off it shuts off, but it didn't. I tried a few more keys, then my whole keyboard, and then started crying out of happiness. It's now working perfectly fine, no problems or anything, but the one thing that I don't understand is that my keyboard is working again.
