It's FINALLY Christmas break I'm currently wrapping presents while Nia trashes my room.
She took her first steps a few days ago and I managed to get a video of it but she also figured out that there is so much stuff she can throw.
"Nia no!"
She got scared and fell onto her but crying but also spilt the bottle of paint that she opened all over my floor and herself. I grabbed her and put her in the bath cleaning her off and then brought her back to my room and cleaned my floor.
"Mil- why is she rolling around naked on your bed?"
"She spilt paint everywhere."
"Dinners done so get her dressed and come up."
"K gimme a minute."

"Mom."
"Hm."
"I know I'm grounded but it's been a week and it's Christmas break."
"Yeah it's fine. Leave Nia here, you better be home Christmas Eve and Christmas."
"Duh I'm not a horrible person and I'm not missing her first Christmas."
"Briars?"
"Soph's then briars."
"Drive safe, I love you."
"I love you too. I will."
I ran down to my room slipping my shoes on and grabbing my keys.
"Sophiaaaa." I yelled as I walked into her room.
"Jesus knock mila, fuck."
I opened the door fully and quickly turned around walking back out and slamming it shut.
"Are you clothed?"
"Yes."
I walked back in hesitantly.
"Hey um quick question, what happened to your boyfriend?"
"We broke up."
"Hehe I'm telling briar."
"No!" Makenzie quickly said.
"Why not? You embarrassed?"
"No, she won't leave me alone about it if you do."
"No promises, anyway I'm finally ungrounded." I said leaning on the wall in front of her bed.
"Sit down weirdo."
"After what I just walked in on? I'm good that bed covered in cooties."
"What are you here for?"
"Wowww I see how it is."
"Girl shut up."
"I just came to hang out but I see you're busy so I'll go."
"Where you going?"
"Briars."
"Why don't we all go?"
"Okay meet me in the car."
I walked back out and they both came out a few minutes later.
"B!"
"What?"
"Me, soph and Kenzie are here."
"K"
She came out of her room a few minutes later with wet hair. She came over to me and kissed me keeping up our act since Makenzie was here.
