Elliott had indeed seen the original, but he sped off before any conversation could be made. She wasn't really focused on that right now though, her mind occupied by the vampire that lay beside her. The whole Scooby Doo gang was gathered in a clearing by the Salvatore Boarding House.

She was playing a very dangerous game, her and Stefan dancing around each other like they were. She knew that her older sister wanted to get back with Stefan, however the blonde vampire refused to. Elliott didn't honestly know why, as Elena was beautiful. Definitely prettier than Elliott.

They were all laying on blankets spread around the clearing, staring up at the stars. Ellie and Stefan were a few yards away from the rest of the group. The chatter from the other teens didn't break the silence the two were enveloped in. The silence was comfortable, Elliott and Stefan just existing with each other.

Elliott tried not to react as she felt Stefan slowly wrapping his pinky finger around her own. Her skin warmed at the shy touch, and she didn't have the heart to pull away.

She tightened her pinky around Stefan's, smiling slightly. Sparks flickered and leapt across her skin, playing and dancing.

"I know you want to get back with him Elena, but maybe you should let it go? He obviously isn't interested." Caroline pointed out as she watched the middle Gilbert smile. Caroline had always been closer to Elliott than Elena, not that Elena or Bonnie knew that fact. "After all, if he has to force attraction, it won't work out anyway."

Bonnie nodded in agreement from where she sat on Elena's other side. While the witch wasn't close with Elliott, she still saw her as a pseudo little sister. "Care's right, you can't force these things. You gotta let him go. And come on, I haven't seen Ellie smile like that since before her diagnosis."

Elena hummed, watching Ellie with twinkling eyes. She didn't like the fact that Stefan and Elliott were seemingly falling in love with each other, however slow the process was. But she couldn't deny the fact that her baby sister was smiling more, and there seemed to be a weightlessness to her that Elena hadn't witnessed since they were younger. Before all the death and the bullying.

The chatter stopped, as Elliott's melodic laughter filled the clearing. Jeremy giggled at the sound, before his laughter joined Ellie's. Elena snickered, and in a matter of seconds, the three siblings were clutching their sides with laughter. It was something that didn't happen often much now that they were older. But it did happen all the time when they were young. The three siblings all favored one particular memory.

The three had their heads bowed. Seven year old Jeremy had tears burning in his eyes and was squeezing his older sister's hand. Eight year old Elliott was stone faced, but she was squeezing the eldest sibling's hand with her free one. Nine year old Elena squeezed her sister's hand in reassurance, tears in her own eyes.

They had just been yelled at, as they stood in the driveway. The three had snuck outside to play, at Jeremy's insistence. Instead of ratting him out, his older sisters took the lecture with him. Grayson stood staring at his kids. As much as he hated making them cry, he was angry and worried. He had yelled before he realized what he was doing, and by then he couldn't pull back his anger.

A small snicker broke the tense silence, Grayson's eyes finding his middle child trying to hold back a smile. Elliott giggled softly, pulling her hands, still connected to her sibling's, to her face to muffle her laughter which only grew louder and louder.

Jeremy broke next, his own giggles floating through the breeze. He was biting his lip to stop it but Grayson knew it wouldn't last long. Jeremy belted out an obnoxiously loud snort, releasing Elliot's hand. The noise brought a shriek of laughter out of said brunette, her eyes starting to water as she leaned against her little brother.
