Ch.6 "underestimated and overestimated" Bucky X OC

A/N I still have a writers block i wrote down a few ideas in my notebook so there's that oh and I'm sorry for the lots of Bucky and Peter but I can't think of any other characters sorry and anyway hope you enjoy happy reading! a warning before we continue there is swearing

Let me introduce you to Erica the girl with short-shoulder length-black hair dyed blue at the edges she has green doe shaped eyes she is 5 foot tall and has a teeny tiny crush on a fellow Avenger who she befriended almost immediately after she joined The Avengers from being a S.H.I.E.L.D agent she liked to hang out with him and he liked to hang out with her although he never showed interest unrequited love she thought many times today while walking to the gym in a tank top and yoga pants she spots Bucky her crush oh god she could feel her cheeks heat up he was weightlifting shirtless she could see his left metal arm clearly (A/N endgame doesn't exist everyone is an avenger and Pietro is alive) she loved his metal arm it was so fascinating to her the gold outlines the black of the vibranium (A/N i think that's how you write it) its was so...gorgeous to her of course she could see his muscles gleaming with sweat she could even see the outline of his-"Erica," He says looking up at her from the dumbbell "why don't we spar?" He asks her looking below her face for less than a second she almost thought she imagined it "S-Sure!" She responds ignoring her flushed cheeks and brushing off her dirty thoughts while cursing at herself for thinking that of her friend they walk to a mat and get in fighting stance he motions her to start she lunges at him he steps to the side she goes again he steps aside again this goes on for an hour before Erica is sweating and breathing heavily 'at least I worked out' she thought "come on giving up already?" He taunted her she lunged at his waist and caught him off gaurd making him fall backwards on the mat she straddles him he gasps "I'll be damned you're getting better but you need to work on your stamina" he says grunting at her straddling him she begins to apologise but then she noticed the look in his eyes desire....She leaned down closer so close she could feel his hot breath on her face his lips inches away she gulped pressing her lips against his she only got to lightly touch her lips with his before she heard the elevator and she immediately stood up her face steaming she didn't notice the look of disappointment on Bucky's face which was gone as soon as it appeared he stood up and Steve enetered the training room "Erica! Bucky! There you two are! Everyone thought you were making out or something worse" He chuckled Erica laughed awkwardly her hands behind her "Why would anyone think that?" She chuckled awkwardly "Yeah I don't get it either, anyway it's lunchtime come on let's eat" Steve walks back to the elevator holding the door open for them Erica beelines to the elevator door Bucky follows reluctantly and not one of the pair looks at each other and Steve started noticing "Ahm...." He cleared his throat both of them glanced at him then each other she blushed and looked away his cheeks get tainted with pink as well and he looks away "What is going on with you two?!" Steve says unable to take it anymore "Nothing" Responded Erica "Yeah we're fine" Bucky says nodding along he narrows his eyes at Bucky then Erica "You don't seem it...." He says suspiciously "I don't have to look okay to be okay Steve" They both say at the same time before they shut up as the elevator goes up and stops the practically jump out of there and go to the dinning room where everyone is sitting while chatting Bucky and Erica had no other choice but to sit next to each other their chairs so close that if any of the two of them moved slightly their thighs would rub against each other Erica would blush and Bucky would cough Natasha being the observer she is she noticed this "So Erica how was training today?" if her suspicions were correct Erica would either blush and avoid eye contact or shift in her seat and again avoid eye contact andd she was right Erica shifted in her seat her cheeks getting tinted pink once again as her thigh brushed against Bucky's this time Bucky blushed looking anywhere but Erica for some reason no one noticed except Natasha she noticed Steve noticed as well they made eye contact Natasha gestured to the pair with her eyes Steve tilted his head downwards in a nod Natasha has been listening to Erica while looking at Steve "-I was able to beat Bucky! I think I used super strength though" Natasha looked at Erica and then Bucky who 100% heard her she didn't use super strength he let her pin him down he could feel Natasha's eyes burning into the back of his head he glanced at Natasha who wiggled her eyebrowws at him with a small smirk he looked away immediately.

After lunch everyone started filing out of the dinning room Vision and Wanda together to their room to do god knows what, Tony and Bruce togather to the lab as usual, Natasha and Steve to the training room, Peter back home to see his aunt, Pietro planning a date with a random girl again, Clint left to meet his family, Thor came to visit from Asgardand went to the living room with Loki, Scott had a mission to do, Dr.Strange was in the sanctuary, Sam was going to see his sister and finally Erica was stuck with Bucky on dish washing duty which was filled with awkward silence Erica decided to break the silence and finally talk about the big elephant in the room "About what happened in the training room....." She trailed off Bucky glanced up from the dishes at her "It was an accident I slipped" She blurted out it was a lie he knew it an she knew it "So you leaning towards me slowly and kissing me was an accident?" He asked raising an eyebrow she blushed heavily "W-well...." "Well what Erica?" He leaned in closer his breath hitting her ear "Lady Erica!" Thor's booming voice startled both of them Bucky pulls away immediately and Erica turned around to face Thor her hands in dish washing gloves which were soapy with dish soap "Y-yes?" She responded "Can you tell me where you put my poptarts?" Thor asked Erica helped him hide the poptarts from the others more specifically from Tony "Oh let me get them for you," She took off the gloves and walked to the pantry leaving Thor alone with Bucky who huffed "You should tell her soon or she might just get taken away by someone" Thor said leaning on the kitchen doorway Bucky turned around immediately "What th-" He gets interrupted by Erica walking out of the pantry with a box of poptarts "Found them! Here you go Thor" She says giving Thor the box of poptarts Bucky continues washing the dishes and Erica re-joins him in the dishwashing this time the silence is a little less awkward and maybe a bit enjoyable afterwards Erica went to her room and Bucky missed his chance to tell her his feelings once again "Ughhhh" He groaned and plopped down on the couch in the living room where Loki was sitting Loki looked up from his book at Bucky with a raised eyebrow he shifted in his reclining love seat "Let me guess Erica?" Bucky nodded with a sigh "Why don't you just tell her?" Loki asked Bucky let out a deep growl in his throat "Why don't you tell Lucy you like her?" Bucky retorted Loki opened his mouth to respond before he closed his mouth "That's what I thought, it's not easy to confess or find the right time to do so your situation is different from mine you hated Lucy when she came here I liked Erica as a friend and accidentally fell for her," Loki gives him a look "romantically" Bucky said Loki nodded "I never thought I'd understand mortal feelings and desires until now" Loki said glancing down at his book "Desires? Don't tell me you like her sexually" Loki narrowed his eyes at Bucky when he said that "I think she is attractive is all and she's fiesty and I like that" Loki defended himself "Understandable Lucy is pretty" Bucky admitted "She is mine Barnes" Loki said and Bucky chuckled "Okay okay no need to get possesive I'm just saying she is pretty, back to the matter at hand I need to confess to Erica somehow" Bucky says getting back on track Loki nods "Why don't you ask her out? Make it seem like an outing and then a date" Loki suggests "That's basically manipulation god Loki you are horrible at this" Bucky sighs standing up and walking to the door "Good luck" Loki says and Bucky enters the elevator up to Erica, Natasha, and sometimes Yelena's floor he walks in and no one is there thankfully he walks to Erica's room and knocks Erica in a hoodie and shorts that are so short they are almost not visible under the hoodie opened the door "Oh hey Bucky...how can i help you?" She asks looking up at the taller super soldier "I want to tell you something" Bucky says he wanted to kiss her so bad and convey his emotions through the kiss but he couldn't do that without her permission there was still a chance she would reject him "Uhm sure go ahead" she smiles at him with that kind and confused smile that he thinks is absolutely adorable "I-I like you Erica-not as a friend" He finally blurted out Erica stared at him blankly before her cheeks turned pink "Y-You what?" "I like you Erica I've liked you for a while now" He blushed a bit as he said it again "I-I like you too..." Erica responded shyly "Really?" "Yes really" "Can I kiss you?" "Yes" And then Bucky leaned down to kiss her his hands on her hips when their lips finally touched Erica wrapped her arms around his neck eagerly returning the kiss Bucky groaned against her lips and she blushed he placed his forehead against hers she almost whined for him to kiss her again he chuckled and then kissed her again more passionately Sneaking his tongue in her mouth she gasped he gently pushed her backwards into her room closing the door behind them he gently pushed her back on the bed his hand going in her hoodie to unclasp her bra and you can imagine the rest Natasha walked to her room and couldn't help but hear the fun they were having "B-Bucky Ah!" Erica's voice moaned and Natsha smirked blackmail~.
