I'm stranded at the coffee shop Archer and I was supposed to meet. The rain was heavy and all I can hear is the thunder and the comforting sound of the rain, how do I even go home?
It doesn't seem like the rain will stop any sooner, the sky looks darker than it was earlier.
As I was thinking on how do I get home due to heavy rain, my phone started to ring. It was Archer. And he really have the guts to call me, right after he made me wait for him for almost 3 hours?
I answered his call, "Esha, sorry. I forgot, nandyan ka pa ba?" He asked me, his voice sounded as if he was so WORRIED about me. "I'll fetch you," He said. "Umuulan pa naman." He stated again.
"Wag na." I coldy answered him, "I can handle my self" I responded, which is a total lie. I'm now struggling on how do I get home, my plates might get soak by the rain. "No, I'll come and fetch you Esha." He insisted, "Wag na, Archer. Pasakay na din ako" I responded and ended the call.
I would rather wait until the rain stops than seeing you after this bullshit incident you made me experience.
I heard another thunder sound. It seems like the rain doesn't have plans from stopping. And the last option I have in mind is to book a cab instead.
As I was trying to book a ride, I heard a familliar voice calling out my name.
"Eshaline!" it was Archer. "Bakit nandito ka sa labas? I told you to wait for me." He said, "And I told you not to. So what are you doing here?" I asked him with a cold tone of voice.
Ang kapal ng mukha.
"I already told you I'm fetching you, Esha" He responded as if I said YES. "Get in the car, Eshaline." He said and gave me a hand to get inside his car, "I already booked my self a cab, Archer." I responded, and that made him took a very deep breath. "Then cancel the booking you made, Eshaline." He said,
Isn't it obvious that I don't want a ride from him? Or he is just stupid enough to understand it.
"I will not cancel anything." I said, "I never told you to fetch me." dagdag ko sa sinabi ko. "I'm already here" he responded, "I dont need you here." I said and turned my back on him. I was about to take some step away from him, but he was able to hold my hand. "We're not going to argue in the middle of the rain, Line." He said, wow?
"Get in the car." He said, and I started to feel that he's getting pissed right now. "No" I responded and released my hand from his. "I'm not gonna get inside that car," I said. "So I suggest, get inside in your car and LEAVE ME ALONE."
"I understand that you're upset, Esha. But really? Choosing argument in the middle of our situation now?" He asked. Bullshit. "No one is arguing with you, Archer." I said, "I already said NO, hindi mo ba naiintindihan yon?" I asked him, "I'm asking you to leave me alone, in short HAYAAN MO NA AKO DITO." I answered, "Now tell me, which part of my words weren't clear for you?" I asked him. And he wasn't able to answer me.
Worst, he was looking at the other direction. He couldn't even look at me, "And I'm not upset, Archer." I then again said, "Because honestly, I'm feeling more than that now." I said while I was trying to stop my tears from falling.
"I'm sorry." He said, wow. Sorry lang? "I was just worried, Esha. The rain is heavy and you're stranded here." He said, "And you want me to leave you alone here?" He said. "Tangina. Worried?" I asked him and chuckled slightly as if I heard a JOKE. "Or maybe you're just feeling guilty that you DITCHED me?" I asked him.
"Hindi ka concern, Archer. You're just here because you're guilty!" I said, and I'm starting to feel a lot of emotions right now. Especially being furious and hurt at the same time, "Bumabawi ka lang kasi kinakain ka ng konsensya mo!" I added these words, "Kaya please. Just go" I said, "And, I dont want Yara to think na humahati na naman ako sa oras mo."
