Wilbur's POV:

Wilbur woke up to the sun glaring at him from outside his window. He just groaned and moved his head away from the light. But for some reason when Wilbur moved his head away he was met with a familiar sleeping duck hybrid. But something was different about him that caught his attention immediately, a giant bandage on the right of his face (Quackity's 's left). He tried to sit up, but was met with a sharp pain in his head, so he slumped back down.

He couldn't remember much about yesterday and if he tried it was very foggy. He could remember that it was about 2 AM when he had come back from the party delirious from the alcohol he drank. He remembered stumbling into his bedroom and opening his window to smoke and maybe seeing Quackity passed out on the concrete? He couldn't remember exactly..

As Wilbur was busy trying to recall what last night's events were, Quackity began to shift in the bed. Wilbur didn't notice at first until a pair of arms wrapped around his waist. Wilbur was shocked that Quackity would behave like this. Quackity then drowsily looked up at Wilbur and quickly backed up from him in pure shock. Wilbur could easily guess that Quackity had no idea what happened either by his reaction.

"Hey Q.." Wilbur started while Quackity just looked confused and shocked, "..do you happen to remember anything from last night?" Wilbur awkwardly smiled to try and relieve some stress, but it didn't really help.

"Umm... kinda, just bits and pieces.." Quackity moved his hand to his head to prevent his head from hurting anymore.

"Okay.. um this is going to sound weird, but why are we sleeping together..?" Wilbur blushed a bit as he spoke, knowing EXACTLY how that sounded.

"Like I know, the last thing I remember is running from Schlatt's house and passing out in the concrete." Quackity seemed to shudder at the mention of Schlatt's name, but Wilbur didn't know why. They have been dating forever and seem to be in love, at least Quackity looks to be in love, he didn't know about Schlatt.

"Okay why were you running?" Wilbur asked while tilting his head. Quackity leaned against the backboard and pulled up his knees. (I completely forgot he was in a skirt so he has safety shorts on 🙏)

"Like I would tell you, you'll just make fun of me and say I'm a complete and total dumbass for allowing it." Quackity looked into his knees.

"C'mon, if it's a serious topic I wouldn't do that to you. I'm not evil."

Quackity gave Wilbur a soft chuckle before speaking, "Please don't say anything though.."

"I won't, I promise." Wilbur then held out his pinky and locked it with Quackity's. Wilbur took pinky-promises very seriously and only made them if he was able to keep the promise. He only had to break a pinky-promise once, when he had promised Techno to keep their voices a secret. But it was only so Phil could get them a medication that would keep them at bay and everyone safe, so a pretty good reason. Besides that one time though, Wilbur hasn't broken a single pinky-promise.

Quackity held up his hand in confusion. "What the hell does this mean?"

"It's a pinky-promise dumbass." Wilbur rolled his eyes.

"What are you, 5?" Quackity snickered.

"Shut up prick, it's just my way of showing I will keep it a secret."

Quackity lightly laughed at Wilbur's retort and agreed to the pinky-promise. He then began to tell Wilbur the entire story. How Schlatt used him for homework, how he would hit Quackity when he was angry or drunk, how he sexually assaulted Quackity and lastly how Schlatt picked him up from the party and dragged a piece of glass down his face before Quackity ran away and passed out on the concrete. Wilbur just sat there shocked. He had no idea Quackity was going through that and it honestly explained a lot. It explained why he was always in a bad mood and why he seemed to flinch every time Schlatt was around or even mentioned.
