Dan's POV

Danielle doesn't seem rebellious. "so Danielle," I say. "Yeah Dan." Danielle says looking up. "Um I've heard a lot about you." I say. "oh really like what?" She asks. "Well like-" I get interrupted by Phil. "I'm home!" Phil says. Phil comes up the stairs. "hey guys so you've met." Phil says. "Yes we have." I say. "yeah." Danielle says shyly. "So tell me what the bullies said to you earlier Danielle." Phil says. "what the fuck Phil! You really want to bring that up?! Fuck it." Danielle says runs to her room and slams the door. "I got it." I say. I walk to her bedroom door and knock. "who is it?" Danielle asks. "It's Dan." I say. she opens the door slightly. "can I come in?" I ask. "sure." she says. I go in and sit on her bed. "Now I know we barely know each other but Phil is trying to be there for you he does t know what to do he's never been in this position before." I say. "do you want to know what they said." Danielle asks. "if you want to talk about it." I say. "they said I will never have a boyfriend because I'm so ugly and fat." Danielle says crying. I lean her towards me. "i feel like I've know you forever because I feel like I can tell you anything." Danielle says. "Good because you can." I say. "if you need anything come to me or your brother were always here." I say. "ok." Danielle says. "now you get good sleep you have school tomorrow." I say. "ok Dan thank you so much." Danielle says smiling. "goodnight Danielle." I say. "Goodnight Dan." Danielle says.
