chapter twenty-five

"I wonder what Yaoyorozu decided." Commented Kiri as all three of us stood in front of the hospital doors waiting.

"No matter how much we wanna go after him, it's her choice," just as Todoroki finished momo walked out the doors following behind her was Deku. We all gasped not really expecting to see him.

"So how bout it? You decided?" Kiri started getting straight to the point once again. Just as momo was about to speak Iida popped out from no where. Shocking is all.

"Why are you here?" Softly asked Deku.

"You. Why did it have to be you two of all people? The ones who stopped me when I acted recklessly, who recieved amnesty with me after Hosu. Why are you trying to make the same stupid mistakes I made? Didn't you learn?" Urged Iida, Kiri stepped forward wondering what Iida was going on about. I knew perfectly well what he was talking about. Todoroki pulled him back stopping him from getting closer to Iida.

"We're still just students. And UAs in a bad position as it is. Anything we do will reflect on our school! Don't you get that?" He was bugging me now, desperately trying to make us guilty.

"Iida we have to." I said sternly my voice breaking on the last word.

"I know you don't like breaking rules but-" Deku started walking up to him. My eyes popped out of my head as I watched Iida's fist met with Dekus face.

"IIDA!" I yelled.

"I'm frustrated too! And concerned. Obviously! In the class rep dammit! I'm worried about all my classmates not just Bakugo! When I saw your injuries, all I could think of was my brother in the hospital. What is your bodies end up irreparable just like his, because I didn't step in? Have you not stopped to think about where I'm coming from?" He stopped for a moment gripping onto dekus shoulders. All of us standing there silently letting him talk.

"Or are you saying that you don't care how I feel?" Honestly I didn't. I was going to go whether or not he said so.

"Of course I do," yeah no surprise there Deku you love everyone bro. I couldn't give two shits about Iidas opinion right now, I just don't feel like being a dick.

"Iida you've got it wrong, we don't expect to face them head on and win. We'll get him back without fighting." Began Todoroki reassuring Iida.

"Yeah we'll be stealthy. I'm talking covert ops here. We can rescue him without breaking the rules," kiri added.

"I trust in Todorokis judgement, but still things could always go wrong, Mayumi I'm counting on you to watch over the boys for me," Momo said gripping onto me.

"I will, but all honestly I was going to go no matter what." I shrugged causing Iida to flip. Kiri told me I was amazing just as Deku began to speak about being hurt, but he was in the same boat as me, we couldn't just sit back and watch everything go down, we needed to help out in any way we could.

"We'll never agree... so I'm going to come with you." Iida announced shocking us all suddenly. If he keeps his mouth shut I don't care if he comes or stays. We all said goodbye to Momo before talking off. I walked up front with Todoroki and Kiri whilst Iida and Deku talked behind us.

"Yeah so why did you join us Iida? Are you not completely against this?" I commented turning around as we walked.

"To be clear, I'm coming because I don't condone your behaviour. It's as simple as that. If there's even a hint physical combat might break out, I'll make you retreat immediately. So in other words... I'm your watchman!" He said pointing to Deku.

"Exactly what we needed." Added Todoroki listening from the front.

"Ok from the looks of Momos device we need to get on the train to Camino Ward, Yokohama city in Kanagawa. Once we are on the train it will take about two hours," I directed walking up front once again, taking us towards the closest train station.
