Chapter 10

Issias
Me and Judo sat in the car and I could see "Alice" sitting there drinking whatever she has. She looks so stunning like the first time I met her. She was starting at her phone very intensely and said something out loud.

I seen a man sit right in front of her and started talking. I felt the possessive rage coursing through my veins. I seen her give him a smile and that almost set me off.

"Dude. The guy that just walked in and sat with your woman is THE PERSEUS, son of freakin Poseidon. I didn't believe people when they said Gods and goddess and even demigods walked this earth with us right now."

This is fuckin crazy. I thought this was all a myth and just a stupid prank.

"What is Perseus doing in a small town like Sicily,Italy?"

"I don't know, but their is a rumor two goddesses went to the mall and cursed someone for being rude. It actually would match the time stamp. You said you seen them at the club that same night."

"Set up a meeting So I can talked to the supposedly cursed one."

I seen the man walk away and I stepped out my car. My eyes met hers and I walked with pure determination. I won't this woman to be mine. Goddess or not I don't mind being with her. As I walked towards her the sun got covered with clouds and right before my eyes she disappeared.

I approached the table she sat in but she wasn't there. I looked around in confusion and annoyance.

"Issias what's going on?" Judo said running up too me.

"She was right here Judo. I seen her she was right her not even a minute ago." I said very frustrated

"I'll check surveillance right quick." Judo said. I seen him pull out his iPad and started typing and scrolling

"Video shows she faded and that's it. I can't see anything else, she hasn't even left so she's probably still here." He said showing me his iPad. I watched the footage and sure enough she just vanished when the clouds covered the sun.

"Judo, Just try to find her. I can't stop thinking bout her and it's screwing with the business." I looked at my surroundings to see if I could spot her. As the sun reappeared my eyes caught hers as she was sneaking away. Her eyes widen as her eyes locked on to mine.

As I was about to follow her I got a call from one of my men and I let out and exasperated groan.

"What is so important."

"Capo, We caught another infiltrator. We have him in the dungeons but he shot Marco."

I yelled out in frustration and everyone in the cafe looked at me with questionable eyes.

" How is Marco's condition."

"He is stable, thanks to the bullet proof vest Hassan made."

"Okay, I'll tell Hassan to make some more vests."

I'm hung up the phone and sighed. Hassan is a new man I hired. He even gave me a nice looking gun he built himself.

"Judo, take me to Hassan's shop. I have to ask him to make a couple more vest."

Judo nodded his head and we made our way to my lovely car and drove away from the cafe. I looked at my phone and seen a missed call from my mom and dad and I groan. I listen to my dad's voicemail and again I groaned. He was reminding me of dinner at their place.
