January 19, 2024 - Friday
I sat in my room watching SpongeBob and laughing every time they said something I thought was funny.
I yawned looking at the time.
6:58 pm.
I turned my TV off and called my boyfriend remembering we planned to go somewhere at 7:30. It was now my 4th time calling his phone before he picked.
"Hey babyy-" I smiled saying before hearing a female voice answering.
"Stop call di man nuh h-him mhmm busy." She said moaning..
A wah this pan mi cellular. A wrong number or a new numba him get? This nuh real.
I called once more but this time on video call. She answered again instead of him and placed the phone up not saying a word. My eyes widened and my heart dropped when I saw a girl from my school riding my boyfriend or should I say ex-boyfriend.
I hang up and didn't know what to do or say...was it my fault for not having sex with him when he asked? Or was he drunk or drugged. This cannot be happening. I hate when I lose people who I planned my future with, now I have to replan my future.

I felt tears rolling down my cheeks and I was now crying my eyes out. I need someone to talk to, I wonder if Nika is home. I threw my phone on my bed not bothering to call her because of what just happened.
I stripped myself of my clothes and had a cold shower. I placed my whole body under the water and cried like I was in a movie. I laughed to myself and shaked my head.

I finished showering and got dressed.

I closed the car door and walked towards Danika's house.
I knocked on her door and waited.
I sighed and got ready to knock again but stopped my actions when the door began to open.

"Wahm to yo?" He asked confused maybe because my eyes were red.
Why him did affi open eh door man. Jay is my ex and the person who broke my virginity, we broke up because he killed someone infront of me and then when I finally wanted to forgive him, he turned a whore or maybe he was one while we dated and hid it like how he hid the fact that he was in a gang.
I thought gangs were only in movies but that was naive of me to think.
Tears threatened to fall down my face and i balled my fist in attempt to stop them but them nuh wah see mi prospa.
He hugged me and I hugged him back pushing aside the fact that he was shirtless and just had on underpants.
We hugged for a good minute he released me and asked again, "wahm to yo b?"
Even after we broke up he stills calls me that. Why is he even here he doesn't live here anymore.
"Nothing, where's Nika?" I asked but he said nothing, so I tried walking away, but he grabbed me and brought me inside.
