...

my eyes felt heavy as they slowly fluttered open feeling tired and deprived of any sleep from the past few days. i only heard a few shuffling noises around me as i now fully opened my eyes, only to be met with aidens insanely deepened eyes too, he was crouching above me almost hovering even as he smiled waiting for me to finish waking up

..

what time was it?

12am

right, we're in the phantom dimension, god my brain felt fuzzy.

"ah! you're awake finally, i think you actually took the longest to wake up." he giggled while helping me up, we were still the bus from last time of course, and taylor and tyler both still looked like they were waking up almost and ben stood near aiden while logan only sat near the back,

im assuming he most likely woke up first then.

i stood up carefully, being sure to not make myself dizzy or anything as aiden helped me do so. i glanced over to taylor again, she was already staring at me with the same tired, almost even dead, eyes as everyone else. it would've been a little more off putting or something maybe, if it wasn't her that is.

*BANG*

a viciously loud bang was heard from the side of the bus we were currently in, everyone sat up and got into a quick fighting stance, i lowered slightly at the sound, covering my ears, wincing as it repeated louder and louder each time

the phantom noises were even too much to block out and suddenly i couldn't focus on anything around me, i watched through blurry vision as tyler ran past to check it out, logan speed-walking behind him,

aiden ran over to me, i remember faintly watching his mouth move with no words attached and a odd feeling in my stomach; if he even was talking to me i wouldn't have heard it due to all the noise around.

..

a few moments of pure silence, odd silence and my vision blurring in and out, like a old camera trying to refocus.

though it was suddenly silent, i could still see everyone freaking out, tyler trying to get out whatever was trying to get in while logan helped him

meanwhile ben was surely freaking out in the middle of it all, i couldn't locate aiden anymore but i knew he was near me, and i had no idea where taylor was either now.

i felt my own breath hitch in my throat like a clock ticking without noise, wanting to scream or maybe just wanting to stop.

the bus rocked back and forth under me shaking as it did so, it was all i could feel, all i could see, all i could hear, all i wanted to focus on,

my ears began ringing loudly like an alarm you keep reseting instead of waking up, over and over; it was loud and bothersome, and soon i wondered if anyone would ever turn it off, the dry clicking in my throat that itched but never stopped, the surface below me shaking just as much as me, my eyes zooming in and out almost

and my ears ringing over and over, simply trying to wake me up,

but failing.

i felt something on my shoulder, a hand maybe? a gentle grasp and a few more noises faded in slowly as the shaking under me stopped, but not my own.

"...lyn?"

my ears faded out the ringing slowly, i felt my body titled onto another; dissolving even, as my unfaithful hearing started coming back to me.
